**4 March 2010:**A FAKE police complaint was made by a man, Lenin, who claimed to be a brahmachari(celibate monk) of His Divine Holiness monastery, saying he was suspicious that His Divine Holiness was misbehaving with other disciples.

POLICE MAFIA converts fake allegations of misbehaving into a FAKE RAPE complaint.

Lenin claimed that according to the teaching of Paramahamsa Nithyananda, Lenin himself had followedbrahmacharyam**(being celibate). Lenin further alleged that although Lenin was brahmachari (celibate monk), His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda was not following celibacy. Lenin said he felt cheated. Nowhere in his complaint Lenin mentioned the word “rape” or named anybody as a “rape-victim”**.

Yet, he registered the complaint under the legal section numbers relating to rape charges! It was pre-planned with the police.

There were no victims or proofs of the accusation made by the Police- Mafia

Because Lenin made no claims of rape at all, naturally there were no victims (even as per his own allegations and claims) of the alleged fabricated rape charges. Police was not the complainant so even they did not have any victims or proofs to substantiate the FAKE charges.

The UNLAWFUL FAKE complaint was filed to a different Police who had no official power to investigate the complaint

This complaint was filed 370 KMs away from the Bengaluru Police, in a different State (Tamil Nadu), in a Chennai Police station in the same city where Sun Network’s head office is located. The illegal complaint was registered only because of the influence of the Sun Network head Kalanidhi Maran (grand-nephew of the then Chief Minister of State of Tamil Nadu - Karunanidhi).

An ugly ploy to deny bail

21st Apr 2010: At around 1:30 pm in Bengaluru, the Counsel to His Divine Holiness prayed to the Court, requesting anticipatory bail. The judge was about to grant the bail based on the pure merit of the case - that the CID (Criminal Investigation Department) was unable to find any victim till then.

However, the police lied in Court that His Divine Holiness was already arrested. The truth is, the arrest did not happen until 2:30 pm. But by uttering the lie, the bail petition was made infructuous (redundant) and the bail was denied.

The blatant lie was masterminded by the DIG (Deputy Inspector General) of Criminal Investigation Department - Charan Reddy, to ensure compliance of S.The mastermind behind the persecution’s instruction which was: the arrest and attempt to kill Paramahamsa Nithyananda.

The illegal arrest of His Divine Holiness

On 21 April 2010, at 2:30 pm, the State Police Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of Karnataka illegally arrested His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda in Himachal Pradesh in North India. The arrest was unlawful - unsubstantiated and unprecedented with no shred of evidence found against Him; a cruel suppression of basic human right to life, liberty and freedom.

It was a case of the State bullying an individual, conspiring against him, victimizing him through false complaints, illegally arresting and torturing with intent to eliminate.

As His Divine Holiness was moved in the mob, a policeman was covering His face with a maroon book. His Divine Holiness kept warding it off. However the State police wanted to position Him as a terrorist whose face is usually covered in public, which in India is considered admission of guilt. This footage was repeatedly telecast in mainstream media for over 160 hours, to etch His image as a terrorist in the minds of people, to justify further atrocities that were waiting to be done to Him.

Bengaluru airport security compromised

Airport security protocol doesn’t allow visitors inside the airport beyond limits. But an unprecedented mob gathered at the Bengaluru airport, inside the restricted area, when His Divine Holiness was brought out by the officials. The moment His Divine Holiness reached the terminal, the policemen surrounded Him in a square formation to present Him as a dangerous criminal being taken for execution. The media reiterated this drama.

The mob of assassins was however left to maul around Him, grab Him and execute any form of mob lynching on Him. It was also evident that there would be only anonymity surrounding any attack in the whole scene. That is the way mob lynches are planned: where police, media and politicians appear helpless while the mob lynches, and anonymity automatically shrouds the real attacker in the chaos of the mob.

Those watching on their television screens worldwide could not understand the blatant compromise of security.

How was such a mob allowed inside the restricted area, while on normal days, such tight security and public safety was maintained by security personnel there?

Disciples around the world watched with sheer horror and disbelief, the moving scene of their Guru in utter vulnerability to a life-attack at any moment, in addition to making Him a public spectacle for maximum intimidation. The Police pretended to control the crowd. A huge and planned security lapse was visible.

As His Divine Holiness was dragged and pushed towards the police vehicle, several sharp objects, shards of glass and a foot slipper was thrown at Him. A lethal acid egg was flung on His Divine Holiness just as He was about to get inside the vehicle. When He moved the car door and lowered His head to get inside, the egg bounced off the door and fell to the ground, breaking and spreading its poisonous contents on the road. The media showed the slipper being hurled but suppressed the acid-egg attack. It went without publicity and without justice.

His Divine Holiness was taken into direct judicial (CID) custody for the first 8 days in the pretext of investigation.

8 days of third degree torture by CID

Justification of 3rd degree torture

Due to increased Human Rights concerns in the country, it was near impossible for police to carry third degree torture of accused under their custody. However, owing to the successful media justification propaganda, they were able to carry out planned torture of His Divine Holiness. The persecution by the State-Police-Media nexus deprived His Divine Holiness the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty as per Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UNHR Article 11) of United Nations.

No food - No water - ridiculed by forcing to eat cow meat

The entire 8-day period, the CID officers did not give His Divine Holiness food or water that He could consume. The CID kept Him hungry. They would bring Him a plate with cow’s meat to force Him to eat, ridiculing the religious beliefs of His Divine Holiness. It was done since they knew very well that He was an orthodox practicing Hindu who worshipped the cow. The entire 8 days, His Divine Holiness went without food.

The CID had a clear agenda

The CID had its clear agenda: either eliminate His Divine Holiness or force a false confession from Him to convict Him. To make a person utter a lie, requires more intimidation and torture, than to make him tell the truth
