False cases filed in the United States
During 2011, Extremist Hindu Forces, used Douglas MacKellor, a volunteer in the organisation of His Divine Holiness and a fringe element in the conspiracy, to file a series of FAKE complaints and cases in the United States.
Federal Bureau of Investigation
First, Douglas submitted fabricated false complaints to the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation). FBI warned Douglas not to show up again with his FAKE documents, and they stopped picking up his calls.
United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement
Then, Douglas made false reports to the U.S. ICE (United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement) hotline. The U.S. ICE blacklisted Douglas and stopped responding to him.
United States Security Exchange Commission
After that Douglas approached the SEC (U.S. Security Exchange Commission), making some FAKE claims about a non-existent entity. The U.S. SEC thoroughly investigated and closed the fake complaint. They stopped returning Douglas’ phone calls where he would try to pressurize them reopen investigation.
Internal Revenue Service
Douglas also approached the IRS (Internal Revenue Service), asking them to investigate registered nonprofit organizations of His Divine Holiness in the US. IRS initiate inquiries over the organizations of His Divine Holiness and notified Douglas that his claims were fake and that it had closed the inquiry.
False cases were not accepted legally as there were no evidences
Since FBI, ICE, SEC did not budge to Douglas’ undue demands of registering false cases against His Divine Holiness, he tried to file false criminal complaints of rape (with the help of Aarthi Rao) to the California Attorney General. Eventually Aarthi Rao, was penalized $1/2 Million USD for her false public statements. Douglas continued his attacks. Douglas even asked Chief Investigator of the Ohio Attorney General and Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice, to unlawfully influence agencies such as the FBI and U.S. ICE, but all of them dismissed Douglas’ false allegations.
Amidst the series of these attacks happening in the US, the people who were in the monasteries, centers and temples in India were attacked by State Police and Mafia.

Physical assault on international volunteers by the CID State Police
Throughout 2010, the police, led by DIG (Deputy Inspector General) of CID (Criminal Investigation Department) Charan Reddy and DGP (Director General of Police) and head of CID (Criminal Investigation Department) Guru Prasad made it a customary practice to come and conduct raids in the Bengaluru aadheenam.
Charan Reddy and Guru Prasad would unabashedly and inappropriately handle the female monks. They would barge into the dorms of the female Sanyasis (Hindu monks), ruthlessly pulling them out, sexually harassing them and forcing them to file false rape complaints against His Divine Holiness.
**24 August 2011 :**The State Police Crime Investigation Department Officers barged into the aadheenam unlawfully. When questioned, they twisted the arm of an international volunteer (Rishi Nithya Dayananda) as he was recording their unlawful, unauthorised actions on a camera.

Female Monks Seek Justice from Sexual Molestation by Hindu Extremist State-Police-Mafia
During the year 2011, female monks sought justice for sexual molestation during the attack by the mafia. The cases are still pending in various courts. No justice has been served yet. Lenin Karuppan (an implant of the Extremist Hindu Mafia) raped two female monks in the monastery. As of 2018, the case is still open in the court of Bangalore - of two rapes and one sexual molestation.

Chargesheet and additional chargesheet filed by the CID
On 30 Nov 2010, the CID filed a 430-page chargesheet against His Divine Holiness for crimes never committed. The volumes of the chargesheet represent the volumes of the persecution done on His Divine Holiness. The chargesheet included the false rape accuser Aarti Rao’s statement of ‘rape’ over 40 times across 5 years.
And further, on 21 Mar 2012, the CID filed an additional chargesheet with fresh false witness statements of physical abuse from Vinay Bharadwaj, the convicted child rapist NRI (Non Residential Indian) from the United States.

10 Dec 2010 - Lenin Karuppan Slaps false complaint on His Divine Holiness and His disciples
On 9 Dec 2010, a group of Sanyasis (Hindu monks) and residents of His Divine Holiness visited the Press Club in Bengaluru for a Press Conference called for by Lenin Karuppan a chief conspirator in the persecution against His Divine Holiness. The disciples wanted to know firsthand the lies being spread by Lenin Karuppan and so decided to be present there.
Even while the group was at the doorway of the hall where the Press Meet was in progress, a group of police confronted them and started forcing them to retreat backwards by extending their arms out and threatening with their lathis (sticks). The disciples were completely taken aback at the atrocity meted out to them on their casual visit to the Press Meet. They were clearly told they could not enter the Press Meet. It was a denial of Fundamental Human Rights of a person.
Further, Lenin Karuppan filed a false complaint with the local police, against the disciples, claiming that they had come to take his life and that his life was under threat. He also included His Divine Holiness in the complaint.
With lightning speed, the Police proceeded on his false complainant and registered an FIR (First Information Report) against the disciples by giving the Crime Number as 75/2010 on 10.12.2010 itself. The original First Information Report drawn by the Police refers to the Commission of offences punishable under Sections 143, 145, 448, 109, 506, 511, r/w 149 IPC of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860.
The speed of the police in registering the FIR was the most hurtful part of the persecution especially because the case filed by some devotees against Lenin Karuppan for his crimes was refused to be registered by the State police as a complaint, and in fact had to be taken to the Ramanagara JMFC (Judicial Magistrate of First Class) to direct the police to file the FIR.

Respected Sir,
This letter is with reference to the FIR registered against me under Sections 143, 145, 448, 109, 506 and 511 (read with 149) of the IPC, based on a complaint that I have been given to understand has been given by Mr. Lenin Karuppan to the Police on 09-12-2010. I would like to respectfully bring to your attention the fact that I have indulged in no inappropriate (let alone illegal) behavior whatsoever during the unfortunate episode allegedly leading to this false and patently motivated complaint.
Please allow me to place before you the full facts, as I am aware of them:
My name is Ma Nithya Priyananda (Rajalakshmi). I hail from a respectable South Indian Kerala Nair family and was raised with traditional cultural and social values. I am a double gold-medallist in Psychology (B.A.) and English (M.A.) from Bangalore University. At the time of meeting my guru (Paramahamsa Nithyananda) in 2002, I was pursuing a successful career as a writer, graphic designer and freelance journalist. Inspired by Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s spiritual teachings and social services, I joined Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam in 2003, and took sannyasinitiation from my guru.
On 09-12-2010, having heard through some members of the media that Mr. Lenin Karuppan was holding an “open-to-all” press meet in the Press Club, Bangalore, where he was to discuss certain aspects of the Paramahamsa Nithyananda case, I and some of my fellow, similarly-interested ashramites proceeded with peaceful intent to the Press Club. We left from the Ashram at around 1 pm.
Our sole****objective in coming there was only to hear what Mr. Lenin had to say on the matter, as we had no clear idea as to what the specific allegations raised by him against various people or the organization were. (You may be aware that, at that time, the abbreviated contents of the chargesheet filed in Court were known to the public only via the Press, who somehow had a copy or access to the same).
I may also add that our decision to attend the Press Club Meet was on our own independent initiative, and not on the instructions of Paramahamsa Nithyananda, as alleged, or on that of any other person, as we wished to know full details of the incident (as seen from Lenin’s eyes) to our own personal satisfaction, shorn of any 3 rd -party reportage / inferences and translations, etc.
We arrived around 2.15 pm at the Press Club. As we were under the impression that the Press Club was a place open to the general public, we entered the premises of the Press Club, and peacefully approached the entrance of the hall where Mr. Karuppan was due to hold the press meet.
However, before we could EVEN enter the hall, we were stopped by the police, who rushed to the entrance door of the hall, and enquired from us as to why we had come. In response, we respectfully submitted that we were there to attend the Press Meet, which was supposed to be open to all persons.
The Police told us that the Press Club premises were not open to the public, and they would bar us from entering, and if we wished to enter, we would need the permission of the Press Club Manager in order to enter.
At this point, while one of the ashramites went to the office to secure permission, the rest of us were instructed to move towards the gate of the Press Club, which we peacefully did.
Since we received the information from the ashramite who went to the Press Club Manager that we were denied permission to enter the hall, we peacefully stayed outside the Press Club, immediately crossing the road to the Cubbon Park, and made no further attempts to enter the Press Club premises.
As you can see from this, we put up no resistance at any time during this episode, and complied with all instructions.
As we had stated both to the police and the media, we are part of a peace-loving spiritual organization, and had no intention to create, nor did we create, any disturbance at the scene.
It is patently false to allege that we attempted to push inside the meeting hall, or that we tried to disrupt the meeting, or intimidate Mr. Karuppan, or harm him in any way.
I would further like to point out that Mr. Lenin Karuppan had no reason whatsoever to fear any harm from five unarmed women sannyasisinis who never once made visual or verbal or aural contact with him, and hence his complaint appears completely baseless and false.
However, I find that I, along with 4-5 fellow-ashramites, have been charged on the counts of rioting, unlawful assembly and criminal intimidation, among others, none of which took place, as can, and shall, be testified by numerous eye witnesses.
What is most surprising is that all this took place in the Press Club in the presence of the Police, as well as the members of the press and other members of the public.
In view of the fact that I am a law-abiding and respectable citizen of this country who has never indulged in any illegal activity in her life whatsoever, and is part of a peaceful, spiritual, service- oriented organization, I request you to kindly take action against Lenin for filing a false and patently motivated complaint under Section 182 read with Section 211 of the IPC, as none of the incidents alleged by him actually took place, and the very purpose of his false complaint is for some oblique motive.
In the meanwhile, I am willing to, and do, join the investigation and expressly and unconditionally volunteer to make myself available before the Investigating Officer whenever required when asked to do so in the manner required by law. My full contact particulars, including address and email, are given herein.
Please inform me when and where the Investigating Officer would like me to be present to join the investigation in accordance with law, so that I may do so.
I look forward to early closure of the investigation, and appropriate action by the Police against Lenin for his own violation of the law in filing this patently false and motivated complaint against me and others.
I have also been advised to approach the Ld. ACMM / ACJM for taking of my statement under Section 164 of the CrPC, which shall be requested by me to be audio-video recorded.
In the meanwhile, I am also filing my complaint against the complainant Lenin in a Court of Law for having filed a false, motivated, vexatious and malicious complaint against me. I may also add that it cannot be ruled out that his act of filing of the complaint was in conspiracy by him with others.
On the merits of the matter, two facts immediately stand out, namely, that :
it cannot any possibly be said that we were part an “unlawful assembly”, as none of the 5 characteristics set out in Section 141 IPC were existent, as will be corroborated by numerous site witnesses also.
It cannot possibly be said that we committed “house trespass”, as none of the pre- requisite ingredients were present.
It cannot possibly be said that we indulged in any act “criminal intimidation”, as none of the pre-requisite ingredients were present.
Last but not least, it is very important for your office to appreciate that Lenin Karuppan is, himself, an accused in a Court of Law resulting from a complaint against him for his commission of very heinous cognizable offences. This complaint was filed initially with the Bidadi Police, but owing to no action by the Police in registration of the FIR, a complaint was then directly filed for these cognizable offences in the Court of Mrs. Roopa, Chief Judicial Magistrate (PCR No. 118/ 2010, CC No. 843/2010). In judicial appreciation of various offences having been committed by Lenin, cognizance has been taken by the Ld. ACMM, who has summoned Lenin before the Court vide order dated 30-10-2010 to appear before the Hon’ble Court on 15-01-2010. It is my understanding, and which I verily believe, that his present complaint has something to do with the criminal trial he is now facing for his own heinous misdeeds.
