India is the largest democracy in the world. It runs on five democratic principles including sovereign, socialist, secular, and democratic and republic. Not only the largest, Indian democracy is also known to be one of the most successful ones. India Democracy is by the people, to the people for the people.

Throughout the persecution of His Divine Holiness, humanitarian, legal and democratic principles and framework was hijacked by extremists Hindu militants in genocidal attacks by state-police-media-mafia on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.

Millions and crores of public funds were poured into this conspiracy against one man, one saint, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.

The whole public welfare machinery, including public servants, government officials, police forces, paramilitary forces, executive, legislative, administrative and judicial were forced to work against the interests of the people of the country and tirelessly execute religious persecution on His Divine Holiness.

In 2012 alone, in a single genocidal attack, 600 policemen including paramilitary forces, and a sum of Rs. 3 crore ($½ Million USD) of public money was spent in a mere 3 hour time duration, to stage a state-wide ugly presentation of abuse and misuse of power that the extremist run militant state practised over helpless, victimized dehumanized, individuals.

**02 April 2012 -**A Bangalore City Civil Court passed an interim injunctionorder against 9 media houses including TV9, Suvarna 24x7, Kasthuri, Udaya, Janasri, Public TV, E TV, Samaya 24x7 and News 9 restraining them from exhibiting, broadcasting or telecasting of programmes, reports, clippings or visuals referring to His Divine Holiness in a false or derogatory manner.

03 June 2012- Suvarna TV channel telecasted ‘Aarthi Rao’, where she claimed being sexually abused for 6 years between 2004 and 2010. The program was telecast once on 3rd June and twice on 4th June. It was followed by a spate of panel discussions and public opinion deliberately planned by Suvarna.

05 June 2012- Misusing its power *HINDU EXTREMIST CASTE-BASED POLITICAL GROUP MP Hindu extremist media mogul owned Suvarna TV worked tirelessly to incite mob violenceagainst His Divine Holiness. Suvarna brought 20 protesters outside the aadheenam and announced a bigger attack in the coming days. Suvarna TV Channel was already issued a court order not to broadcast defamatory content against His Divine Holiness.

The channel persistently and deliberately kept disobeying the 2nd April 2012 court order and kept airing defamatory content, to incite mob hatred against His Divine Holiness. The Counsel of His Divine Holiness filed a Contempt of Court Petition against the channel, to prevent violent attacks from happening to the aadheenam.

07 June 2012- His Divine Holiness held a press meet in a large hall in the Bengaluru Aadheenam to reveal a clinching evidence about the falsity of the fake rape case foisted on Him.

During the press meet, Suvarna Television barged in with its chief editor Ajith Hanumakkanavar and armed henchmen.

In an attempt to assassinate His Divine Holiness, Ajith Hanumakkanavar, forced an Anthrax letter bombon Him.

In a resulting commotion, Ajith groped female monks to incite anger from the monks. He then recorded their facial reactions and used it as a justification to get all female monks arrested the next day.

Ajith silently noted all monks who were near His Divine Holiness to get them specifically arrested.

Mobilized by Ajith, the militants of Karnataka Navanirmana Sene (militant wing of Hindu Extremist forces) attacked all the monastery residents.

Seeing the danger, assistants of His Divine Holiness took Him through a different door and they were able to save Him.

7th evening, Karnataka Navanirmana Sene returned as a larger group of 100 armed militants.

The militants jumped over the gates, carrying petrol bombs, and guns in their hands.

They started chasing aadheenam residents (specially female monks), beating them with wooden and metal rods.

They broke the heads of 10 non-violent male monks and residents with large stones.

They made obscene gestures, by removing their own clothes, molesting female monks, touching them sexually and inappropriately, and violently tearing the clothes of female monks.

08 June 2012 - 11:00 am- Disciples of His Divine Holiness held a second press meet to convey about the previous day’s brutal attack. The militants of Karnataka Navanirmana Sene re-entered and attacked the residents including childrenusing chairs, tables, metal chains, metal dividers as weapons.

08 June 2012 - 03:00 pm- Ajith came with the State police and identified 16 senior disciples (including female monks whom he himself had groped), who had protected His Divine Holiness with their life, from the attack the previous day. The police unlawfully arrestedthem without any charges or reasons explained. The militants enjoyed police favor and protection; none of them were arrested.

**09 June 2012 -**The political wing (HINDU EXTREMIST CASTE-BASED POLITICAL GROUP) of the Hindu Extremists who attacked, was also the ruling government of the State. The Chief Minister Sadananda Gowda (HINDU EXTREMIST CASTE-BASED POLITICAL GROUP):

declared His Divine Holiness - ENEMY OF THE STATE- and ordered His immediate arrest and a ‘State take over’ of all His temples. His Divine Holiness had temples in 47 countries.

11 June 2012 to 12 June 2012- The State police, led by the District Commissioner, with a 100-men-battalion bulldozed illegally into the temple-monastery-complex. They did not have any written order or authority. They raided and vandalized the temple thoroughly and sealed the main parts of the monastery arbitrarily. Right to Movement of people and materials in, out or around the aadheenam was denied. The Police harassed the aadheenam residents and bullied the children studying in the gurukul (temple- school). It was a complete violation of human rights done to instill terror and caused irreparable trauma to aadheenam residents, especially to the children.

**13 June 2012 - 04:00 pm -**Based on the complaint made by Ajith, a bail petition was filed on behalf of His Divine Holiness. The bail hearing was deliberately adjourned, thus aiding illegal detainment of His Divine Holiness by the Police. His Divine Holiness was detained off-the-grid inside the Police academy building.

14 June 2012 - 05:30 pm- The Counsel of His Divine Holiness proceeded with a successful bail order. Immediately following the bail, a 600-battalion police forcewas dispatched to illegally detain one single-unarmed-monk - His Divine Holiness.

No charges were framed, no explanations given. The paramilitary Police Force body- lifted His Divine Holiness and illegally detained Him.

The State Abused public money to the tune of Rs. 3 Crore ( $½ Million USD) for parading His Divine Holiness in the streets of the city, showcasing Him as a most wanted terrorist - enemy of the State.

14 June 2012 - 06:30 pm- Disciples filed ‘Habeas Corpus Petition’ fearing that His Divine Holiness maybe murdered and declared missing by the State Police. It was the day when the US Court had finally ordered the University of Michigan Hospitals to send the medical records of false rape accuser Aarthi Rao to the Indian police through the Indian Courts. On the very day, Ajit, the chief editor of Suvarna Television channel, barged into the press meet, with disguised militants.

Suvarna Television Media-Mafia occupied the first row with a planned multi-level agenda:

Divert public attention from the topic of the press release that proved the innocence of His Divine Holiness.

The press conference started. His Divine Holiness Himself started answering questions from the press, producing necessary documents. As He was answering, Ajith started advancing towards Him with a suspicious-looking package. Sensing danger to His life, the disciples of His Divine Holiness moved swiftly and stopped Ajit right on time.

Ajith and his henchmen started a ruckus and kept trying to push the package and throw it at His Divine Holiness. Sensing danger, the Sanyasis (monks) did not allow anybody to go near Him. Ajith groped female monks to incite anger from the monks.

“The news spread throughout the aadheenam that an attack broke out in Raj sabha. As soon as the news spread, aadheenavasis from all over campus came into sabha to try to resolve the attack but it resulted in more chaos.

Our attackers were the press and rowdies in the guise of the press who wanted to instigate violence and scar the rest of our lives. I was sure many of them were high on marijuana, cocaine

or heroine. Their hands were in fists as if ready to pulp all of us to juice. I saw a few of them taking pictures of us and showing us.

One of my sisters shouted back at them when they threatened us. They immediately responded back with multifold aggression. They beat her up and began their torture on her. Then they started on the rest of us.

One man shoved the tip of his pistol against my private parts, pressing so hard I was sure the area turned blue. My attackers filled the air with their grunts and violent comments. I felt empty, like a ghost. My body rioted against them but it was as though I had long gone, like a jumping fish out of water. I was lying in a pool of my blood for hours afterward. After the whole attack was over, adheenavasis came looking for us found us all in the horror scene. To this day, there is no justice for what we went through and feels there never will be.”

I, seriously, doubted whether I was going to make it out with my life. As we were outnumbered, our attempts to fight back were useless. They laughed at our feeble attempts as they continued to torment us. After the physical trauma, I was unable to hold my bowels and completely defecated on myself.”

“I was horrified as Ajith flailed his arms around making gestures as if he wanted to kill my guru. I was infuriated by his audacity would do that.

In order to prevent myself from panicking, I resorted telling myself to inhale and exhale. Around us a mob was causing violence in every corner.

A flare of fear burned inside me for the kids I instruct in gurukul. Were they safe? Who knows what was going on across the aadheenam. I decided to leave the setting and go to a silent corner and make a call to the gurukul committee. I wanted to instruct some things to ensure the kid’s safety.

I recognized that some of the seemingly common people were actually well known police officers.. Each of them held either a large stick or a gun in their hands. They laughed and began clicking pictures.

They held me like a toy and penetrated me from behind. I could only hear the grunts and violent comments of my attackers. No matter how much I cried, fought, screamed nothing stopped them. The life was stomped out of me and I became a living corpse. In fear and complete panic, my stomach released itself. I urinated myself. I was laying naked in my own feces for hours. There was no one to rescue us so the scene seemed to go on forever until finally, hours later, it seemed as though the last attacker fled the scene. The horror was cleaned up but a part of each us still lives in that day.”

Finally, the disciples seized the package, and handed it over to one of the secretaries of His Divine Holiness - Sri Nithya Atmapujananda Swami. Sri Nithya Atmapujananda Swami went to his office with the package. No sooner did he open the cover, the letter bomb exploded on him. A white dust spread all over. Not able to understand what it was and feeling dizzy, Sri Nithya Atmapujananda Swami drank some water and fainted.

“It was utter chaos, as we watched Ajit get up from his seat and storm forward towards the stage towards Swamiji. Immediately, a group of us rushed towards him to stop him from moving towards Swamiji. We reached him and blocked his way, and we also saw that he was carrying a suspicious looking package. I immediately snatched this from his hands to examine it later and kept it inside one of the side offices in the hall. Swamiji was immediately escorted out of the hall, seeing how his life was in danger.

These reporters with Ajit were actually mobsters who had come in with press passes through Suvarna 24/7 Channel. They were clearly trespassing onto the property.

We rushed outside the hall to send them all to the gate as they started to get violent and start a ruckus. There were two goons holding me up while a third man kicked my genitals. The immense pain coursing through me was agony.

To deliberately hurt our sentiments, they reached into my upper cloth and cut my yagno pavitham ( sacred thread), which usually hangs over my shoulder. They threw it on the ground and stamped on it. This thread holds the highest sacredness and religious sanctity of all rituals and initiations in hinduism. To make matters worse, I could see how they took their slippers and threw them at our deities.To my utter shock, they even went to the extent of urinating on our sacred deities. This kind of defilement was extremely infuriating.

Then took a live electrical wire, wrapped it tightly around my neck, nearly choking me to death. They kneed me in the stomach until I vomited blood. Using their boots, they crushed my face into the ground, while taunting me. As i remember now, they sat on my chest, crushing and breaking my ribs, cutting off my breath. No matter how much I cried, fought, screamed nothing stopped them. The life was stomped out of me and I became a living corpse. I never experienced such excruciating pain in my entire life. I was screaming at the top of my lungs for what felt like an eternity but they never stopped. I screamed and cried but nothing made them stop, till I was barely hanging on for my life. I was bleeding all over my body from the beatings. With my face smashed against the wall, they taunted me with insults to my manhood and threatened to rape and impregnate all the female Sanyasis on the campus.

I could never understand what we did to deserve such a thing. We never saw this coming. Our only fault was that we have been extremely tolerant, and pacifists. Never has our Guru, or any of us done any wrong to anyone.”

“While Ajith went maniacal and assaulted five female sanyasis, one press reporter came after me. He was a monster about to consume me. He spewed vulgarities at me while advanced upon me, shoving me. I didn’t answer him and stared only at the ground. I could only move back as he came forward until the dreaded moment when my back hit a wall in the corner of a hall. He pressed himself against me and I could feel his erection.

I felt nauseous. I smelled alcohol and cigarette smoke from him. He roamed his hands harshly all over me as I tried to get away. He seemed to enjoy my feeble movements. I was yelling and screaming, begging him to stop but he overpowered me and in the noisy, chaotic hall nobody could hear me.

Within a second, he unbuckled his belt and took out his erect penis. He rubbed it vigorously against my thighs, stomach, and private parts with his mouth ajar. I was unable to fight him off. He pressed my arms above my head against the wall so I was powerless against him. He forced me on my knees and forced himself inside my mouth. He held my head, choking me with his penis. I gagged vigorously. When he finished he pulled out and stained my kavi with his ejaculate making me impure forever.
