The next huge assassination attempt on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda was in 2014.

Summing up events so far:

**03 March 2010:**A fabricated obscene video of Paramahamsa Nithyananda linking Him to a South Indian actress was created and broadcasted on the world’s largest South Indian Television Network - Sun Network.

04 March 2010:A FAKE police complaint was made by a man, Lenin, who claimed to be a brahmachari(celibate monk), saying he was suspicious that His Divine Holiness was misbehaving with disciples. Lenin claimed that according to the teaching of Paramahamsa Nithyananda, Lenin himself had followedbrahmacharyam(being celibate), however, Paramahamsa Nithyananda was not following celibacy. Lenin claimed he felt cheated. Nowhere in his complaint Lenin mentioned the word “rape” or named anybody as a “rape- victim”. Yet, he registered the complaint under the legal section numbers relating to rape charges! It was pre-planned with the police. This complaint was filed 300 KMs away from the Bengaluru temple-monastery of His Divine Holiness, in a different State (Tamil Nadu), in a Chennai Police station in the same city where Sun Network’s head office is located. The illegal complaint was registered only because of the influence of the Sun Network head Kalanidhi Maran. Once successfully registered, the Police transferred the complaint to Bengaluru (300 Kms away) stating that it had nothing to do with the city of Chennai or State of Tamil Nadu.

**March 2010 to April 2010 :**More than 100 temple-monasteries belonging to Paramahamsa Nithyananda were attacked by the Hindu extremist militants and atheists. As per local police station reports, Bengaluru aadheenam alone was attacked by 2000-2500 militants. Militants burned His Divine Holiness’ resting quarters. Sun Network telecasted it live. The disciples managed to rescue His Divine Holiness through a rear exit from the restroom. Over 50 such attempts were made on His life in the months to come.

21 April 2010: Counsel of Paramahamsa Nithyananda had applied for His bail (against the FAKE complaint filed by Lenin). The State Police lied in court saying that Paramahamsa Nithyananda was already arrested in another location and therefore the bail application was infructuous (redundant due to change of circumstance). In reality, it was only an hour later that the Police arrested His Divine Holiness in Solan Himachal Pradesh.

In 2010, in the case of Paramahamsa Nithyananda, He categorically had told the CID (Crime Investigation Department) police to immediately do a potency test on Him which will simply prove that He is impotent, not capable of a rape, and therefore innocent.

**21 April 2010 to 12 June 2010:**53 days of illegal detainment and torture of His Divine Holiness by the State Police forcing Him to make a false confession.

**26 April 2010:**The State Police carried out the first medical test on Paramahamsa Nithyananda and suppressed it. The State-Police purposefully avoided tests which would reveal His innocence.

**11 June 2010:**Police quietly slips a memo in the court declaring there were no witnesses to claim any wrong by His Divine Holiness. The High Court demanded, “Under guise of suspicion, how long can you (Police) torture a person mentally?”

The High Court was highly displeased by the State Police and was about to quash the case on the lack of merit. The Hon’ble Court said, “Under guise of suspicion how long can you (Police) torture a person mentally.”

**12 June 2010:**His Divine Holiness was released from illegal imprisonment. For 53 days The State Police had illegally detained and tortured His Divine Holiness to make a false confession. Various methods used to torture Him - (1) Food and

water denied (2) Harsh lights and continuous noise of a tile-cutting machine for psychological torture (3) deprived of sleep by heavy sound, lights, and by pouring ice-mixed-water on the floor where He was made to sleep (4) Forcing Him to eat cow meat to mock at His religious sentiments and violate His fundamental religious obligations (5) made to sleep on thin paper with not even a cloth on the ice-cold floor (6) snatched off his rosary beads that He has been using for religious worship since childhood and much more.

**March to June 2010:**The police made open appeals on television, Internet, newspapers for “victims” to come forward and make complaint against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. This was the unique inhuman case of accusing a person of a charge and then searching for the “victim” to frame him with on that charge.

**17 August 2010:**The FAKE rape accusations against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, were about to get quashed. The mastermind S.The mastermind behind the persecution - chief strategist for the Hindu extremist forces HINDU EXTREMIST CASTE-BASED IDEOLOGICAL GROUP (Hindu extremist caste-based ideological group) and HINDU EXTREMIST CASTE-BASED POLITICAL GROUP (Hindu extremist caste-based political group), brought an NRI (Non- resident Indian) lady Aarthi Rao to make a FAKE rape allegation in the form of “a witness-statement” to the original complaint made by Lenin (through an email to the State Police!). Thus the FAKE case was kept alive!

**2012 :**The FAKE rape accuser, Aarthi Rao, was undergoing treatment in the US for more than a decade. **Aarthi Rao’s medical records clearly established that she was a carrier of 4 highly contagious, incurable STDs (sexually transmitted diseases).**She alleged rape over 40 times across 5 years, whereas the disease is so contagious that it spreads even through saliva to the partner! It was impossible for someone to have raped her 40 times and NOT caught her highly contagious diseases. The State Police of Karnataka, did not want to reveal the medical reports of the FAKE rape accuser as it would directly collapse the FAKE case against Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Upon appeal from the Counsel of His Divine Holiness, the Trial Court of the State of Michigan ordered and gave a court-attested copy of her medical records (from The University of Michigan Hospitals, USA) to the Counsel to Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The medical records were a clinching evidence to prove the innocence of Paramahamsa Nithyananda as His own medical records clearly prove that He never had or has any such disease. In a rape complaint, both the complainant and accused have to be subjected to medical tests as per the Indian law, within a few hours from the rape incident. However, in the false rape charges, Aarthi Rao claimed she was raped 40 times over a period of 5 years starting from 2004, making any medical test redundant. However, a rape complainant has to get subjected to a medical test as per law, including blood test so that evidence can be corroborated with DNA information, etc. Aarthi Rao being the carrier of 4 highly contagious and

incurable STDs ought to have come out in the mandatory medical test, but the police knowing very well that the blood test would reveal the STD and collapse the false case has not conducted a medical test on her till date.

Police summons for medical test of Paramahamsa Nithyananda

Sequence of events in the “criminal” potency medical test of 2014

By 2012, after His Divine Holiness survived third degree tortures and multiple assassination attempts by the State-Police-Media-Mafia, it was clear that their agenda was not to resolve the case but to assassinate Him. Therefore, the order to impose a medical test was seen as a clear plan to silently kill Him under

closed-room close-proximity conditions. They could inject any drug into Him and suppress the crime.

In a sharp contrast, there were no medical tests conducted on the woman alleging rape even though she was medically known to have STDs.

On 3 September 2014, the Supreme Court of India ordered the medical potency test on Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The Counsel to Paramahamsa Nithyananda contested that

an earlier medical test was done on His Divine Holiness during 2010 illegal Police custody.

conducting medical tests to investigate His sexual potency 5 to 10 years____after the FAKE rape allegations, was completely redundant.

However, the Court ruled that Paramahamsa Nithyananda could avail the benefits of the potency tests only during the trial, but immediately, He had to undergo the tests.

On 8 Sept 2014, the medical potency tests were executed. It was the most malicious and lethal physical-and-sexual abuse on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, violating all fundamental human rights:

Forced masturbation

Use of excessive force on sensitive sexual organs and glands.

Pressurizing Him to take a lethal injection to induce ‘fake’ erection. The lethal injection had high-risk of causing cardiac arrest to His Divine Holiness. Below-human treatment, verbally abusing and forcing Him to watch pornographic scenes.

Parading women before Him during the potency test hoping to arouse Him

Even during discharge denying bare-human medical support, such as a wheelchair or an ambulance after inflicting such acute pain.

Though the male hormonal levels were stunningly low - 12.5ng/dL (lower than that for an individual whose genitals have been cut off - castrated) and all other test parameters also explicitly declared His incapability of performing sexual act, the State Medical Team gave the test report “opinion” declaring that “there is no evidence to suggest that the person is incapable of performing sexual act”!

Instruments for Assassination

The State Police

The State Police had been consistently attempting to assassinate His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The State Police had been empowered by the Supreme Court which had ordered to conduct the potency test on Paramahamsa Nithyananda, even to the extent of arresting Him and forcing it on Him if He refuses to undergo the test. To prove His innocence, Paramahamsa Nithyananda had no option but to undergo the tests. The State Police took advantage of this vulnerable situation He was in, and made every possible attempt to assassinate Him.

The Media-Mafia

The Hindu Extremist Militants, the media-mafia, led by S.The mastermind behind the persecution (The chief strategist commanding the Hindu Extremist Forces) wanted to do a mob lynchingon Paramahamsa Nithyananda through a paparazzi car chase (similar in situation of how it happened with Princess Diana) on His way to the medical test and broadcast it live on

national television. Even during the tests in the hospital’s restricted areas, they made several attempts to install cameras and record live, so it could go viral.

The State Medical Team

The State Medical Team was prepared to make the most lethal life attack on Paramahamsa Nithyananda through the potency test. They planned to give lethal injections, subject Him to below human treatment and ridicule, and finally give a pre- decided false report.

8 Sep 2014 - Mob lynching on the way to the Medical Test

Life-attack on His Divine Holiness - Paparazzi Car Chase - 1

In the early hours of the day, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda started to the hospital for the medical potency test. His disciples took an unknown exit from His monastery to avoid media confrontation. As He was exiting, there was a huge mob of media-militants near the regular gate waiting like a pack of wolves ready to lynch Him. One of the men in the irate “mob” saw the car of Paramahamsa Nithyananda pass by at a distance and shouted out to the rest. The media-militant-mafia was agitated that He had escaped. They jumped into their vehicles to catch up with Him.

Seeing the assassins chasing, the disciples accelerated and moved off the road. The disciples quickly swapped cars and in His original car now sat a monk- disciple Sri Nithya Yogananda Swami.

The car chase continued. Soon, the attackers cornered the vehicle and forced it to a stop. Two cars sped in front and stood in its way. To the shock of the assassins, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda was not inside the car. Instead, they found His disciple, a Sanyasi (a Hindu monk) in the car, dressed exactly like Him in ochre robes, wearing a turban.

The assassins in their anger at the decoy assaulted the Sanyasi, dragged him out of the car and started beating him. They broke the car’s windows.

The assassins almost killed him and the other disciples, but they managed to get into the car and move away. Meanwhile Paramahamsa Nithyananda made His way safely to the hospital.

The assault was live telecast by Suvarna TV network, with the commentary that Paramahamsa Nithyananda “escaped under disguise”! **The viewers did not know anything about the planned life-attack and beating up of the Sanyasis!**The assault done on the disciple could have been of Paramahamsa Nithyananda, had He not been securely taken in another car. Therefore, the original plan to mob lynch Him and air it live failed.

Sannyasi Disciple of His Divine Holiness - Sri Nithya Yogananda Swami - was attacked by the media-mafia who presumed that he was His Divine Holiness.

Why the “deadly paparazzi chase”?

How often does someone go for a potency test? And how often does a potency test footage get leaked to media? Just as often as a State Police Crime Investigation Department (CID) interrogation video gets leaked.

What was the intention of the media-mafia?

Attempt to Murder Hid Divine Holiness waylaying on the way to Hospital

“In 2014, Swamiji was to take a potency test and the date of his test got released to the media. We knew there would be a huge frenzy around Him so we intentionally sent a decoy vehicle with His look alike first. I was in that decoy vehicle. Immediately, when we got onto the main road, we saw that we were being followed. We tried to distract them by speeding up and taking detour routes. However, they finally cornered us at a stop light. Several media people got out of their cars and surrounded our vehicle on the busy street, demanding that we get out.

When we refused, they jumped on top of the car and started shaking it. Realizing that none of us were Swamiji, they became enraged. They broke the windows and dragged us out of the vehicle onto the streets. A mob gathered around us and began to violently attack us as many others stood by and watched. One of the men took an iron rod and shattered my knee caps. I collapsed to the ground where both men and women began kicking me all over my body. They broke my leg so violently that the jagged bone was jutting out of my skin. When I was admitted to the hospital later, they saw that I had severe internal bleed in many of my organs. My lung had a laceration from my broken ribs. They nearly murdered us in the mob lynching.”

Attempt to Murder Disciples and Monks of His Divine Holiness

“On the way to the hospital on the day of the medical test, I was in the car that went ahead of Swamiji’s vehicle. Suddenly, there was a huge swarm of people blocking us in the road. I was forced to drive my car into the side of the road

A mob began physically attacking my car. We covered ourselves with our arms as they broke every single glass window. The shards of glass littered the ground, our laps and our hair. One man opened the door the car and forcibly pulled me out of the car. Before I could even gather my thoughts and move my feet to run, the grabbed me by the neck. My kavi was ripped from my body, leaving me exposed in front of the public.

They first hit me in the back of my knees knocking me to the ground. They begin repeatedly beating my shoulders and back.

As we were outnumbered, our attempts to fight back were useless. My flesh was raw from all the beatings. Before they left, one of the members of the mob, spat in my face, told me in Kannada that I was a worthless dog who deserved to die.

“When our cars were stopped on the road, I was dragged out of the car by my hair. My attackers were tall men who overpowered me even as I screamed and fought with all my might.

The men were unabashed, shouting slurs at me and calling me a whore, prostitute. “Is your cunt available for rent?” One of them called at me.

I held the cloth of my saree desperately as they pulled it but I was too weak against him. I was being stripped in public. I saw the cameras of media channels and the flashes of lights.

When I fought against them, they beat me leaving my lips bleeding and a large bruise on my head.

Only when my fellow sanyasis covered and pulled me from the scene I was finally relieved from the violence. I was stunned in the car, silent tears running down my face. I tried to clean myself up as we continued to the hospital.”

“When Swamiji was taken privately for the tests, I remained in the hospital waiting for his return. Out of nowhere two tall, menacing police officers began eyeing me. I began to plan my escape as soon as I saw them. They were armed with guns in their belts. Nobody was around who I could trust. My pace became a run. I thought I could escape but then the two men became four. I dashed into an empty room, and tried closing the door behind me but by then the four men overpowered me and forced themselves in. Two hands forced me against the brick wall, my head banging against it and making my eyes spin. My mouth was taped shut so I could only make muffled noises. The hands pinned me against the wall, leaving my legs flailing for an escape.When they released me from the wall, I was able to open my mouth. I immediately called for help from my phone, sobbing profusely and unable to even stand. I somehow managed to flee the scene and barged outside the hospital.

I saw the cameras of media channels and the flashes of lights. When I fought against them, they beat me leaving my lips bleeding and a large bruise on my head. Only when my fellow sanyasis covered and pulled me from the scene I was finally relieved from the violence. I was stunned in the car, silent tears running down my face. I tried to clean myself up as we continued to the aadheenam.”

Attempt to Murder on the way to Hospital

“ When our cars were stopped on the road, I was forced to stop the car because of the large number of people that mobbed in front of me. They broke the glass windows of the car. I covered my eyes and face as the shattered glass rained on me. Each window was broken like this. About 100 people, pushed on the left side of my car lifting it up in the air and causing it to capsize. I clutched on to the seats inside with a few other residents of the aadheenam. The mob dragged each of us out to prolong the torture.

They kneed me in the stomach until I vomited blood. Tying me up, they ripped each nail out of my fingers and toes using a pliers. They continued not paying heed to my blood- curdling screams.As I tried to get away, they grabbed me by clothes and dragged me through the gravel, skinning my back and limbs.

I could hear the bones in my fingers cracking as they barreled over them with their motorbikes.

I screamed and cried but nothing made them stop, till I was barely hanging on for my life. I was consumed by them, my life and energy absorbed by them. I was sure I could never get it back. As I lay there too weak to move, I wondered if this was how my life would end. Was I just waiting here to die? I was swollen all over my body from the beatings.As they kicked me, they shouted vulgar slang at me.”

Mob lynching outside the hospital right before entry

To make Him vulnerable to many more assassination attempts in future, the Samaya TV Channel Live telecast the car number (blurred only in this picture) of His Divine Holiness. They repeatedly looped this footage (along with other footage) for several hours.

Within half a kilometer of the hospital several OB Vans (outdoor broadcast vans) of media houses were seen parked.The media-mafia was waiting to attack Him right at the hospital entrance. The media-mafia henchmen were not able to execute the mob lynching at the hospital entry as per their plans, because, half of them were chasing the wrong car and got delayed. The disciples were able to safely escort Him amidst the mob.

TORTUROUS TRAUMATIC PAIN inflicted in the pretext of Potency Test

The not-so-isolated ward

Upon reaching Victoria Hospital, His Divine Holiness was taken to the Department of Urology. Only a part of the ward had been isolated for conducting the potency tests on Him. However, as soon as the tests started the medical-ward became like a busy street side market.

NO PRIVACY

No ethical, moral, legal not even humanitarian consideration was given to His Divine Holiness. No where in the world are such tests conducted with the hospital ward room doors purposely left completely open. In the case of the potency medical test, which involved doing tests on ‘private body parts’, it was medically needed that a very restricted and private area be allotted by the State medical team. The hallway from the ward door was full of people parading around, including doctors, policemen and several nurses. Female nurses were specifically made to parade around His Divine Holiness.

They wanted to LIVE Telecast the Potency Test

In 2010, S.The mastermind behind the persecution had used His influence and got the CID interrogation tapes of Paramahamsa Nithyananda leaked to the media. The CID interrogation tapes (with no audio) was aired by various channels, and falsely shown as a confession of guilt of His Divine Holiness. Repeating the same plan, the State-Police tried to use the State-Medial team to video record the potency test. The plan was to leak this footage to the media. His Divine Holiness refused video recording. The State Medical team, wanted to escape the pressure that the State-Police was putting on them, so they officially recorded in their final reports, mentioning, “ Sri Nithyananda Swamy refused to permit Audio-video recording of the tests which was conveyed to the Investigating officer.”

Such footage were “invaluable” for the media-mafia. It would aid them to alter the path of human history for the worse. It would have been extremely useful in programing the masses NOT to follow His Divine Holiness and NOT to follow ANY GURU, unless they desired to fall prey to a persecution just like the very Hindu Gurus that the Extremists assassinated.

PRICKING multiple times with a syringe needle

The “female” pathologist came to draw blood samples, and only after several attempts of pricking His body, they managed to draw blood for investigations. It was very painful for the accompanying disciples to watch this. It was unclear whether they were

unprofessional and did not even know how to properly draw blood or they were doing it on purpose.

It was emphasized - only male doctors should touch Him

There was no privacy, and only upon emphasizing, that, only a male doctor could touch His Divine Holiness, the female nurses were asked to leave the premises. Until then female nurses from all over the hospital were made to parade, while the doctors performed the potency test. It was to inflict deep shame in Him, mock His monk-hood and ridicule Him, and make a cheap attempt to arouse Him sexually and somehow prove that He is sexually potent.

Prior permission for INVASIVE tests was NOT taken

As per what the Investigating Officer had said while delivering the notice of the medical test, invasive tests were not planned to be conductedon His Divine Holiness. If the Investigating Officer had informed the Courts about their plans of performing invasive tests, the Counsel of His Divine Holiness would have got it disproved from the courts. The permission obtained was only for simple non-invasive tests like taking blood samples.

His Divine Holiness was in a vulnerable situation where the Supreme Courts had ordered the tests to be conducted and even ordered that He be arrested if He refuses. No where did the court order to conduct life threatening invasive medical attacks. The State-Police-Medical-team nexus were abusing their power and position by carrying additional humiliating and lethal invasive tests and TORTURING HIM by inflicting traumatizing pain to His sensitive body regions.

Needless per-rectal prostate examination causes TORTUOUS TRAUMATIC PAIN

On the pretext of doing a complete medical examination, a per-rectal, prostate____examination was performed causing traumatic pain to His Divine Holiness. The tests had no role in deciding the outcome of the final results. The State medical team also clearly stated that they did not expect any outcome of this test.

The intention was TORTURE and Humiliation

None of the medical reasons were relevant to the medical potency test of His Divine Holiness. These needless tests served only one purpose: torture and humiliation of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.

Prostate is a male erogenous area

When Prostate (also called male G-Spot) is stimulated, it may lead to strong sexual arousal and powerful orgasms. However, vigorous prostate massage has been documented to cause life threatening injuries, such as: internal bleeding, septicaemia (a life threatening condition), and rectal fissures. Medical experts of Victoria Hospital used their expertise and knowledge to cause severe harm. They abused the prostate region in a desperate attempt to cause sexual arousal. They caused severe traumatic pain and damage to the body (which took days to heal after the test was over). His Divine Holiness’ life was put on stake.

Rape by doctors concealed as - ‘Just a health check-up’

The State medical team claimed that they did the test as an overall health check up, and that they did not expect any findings out of it. The language of the medical report was deliberately crafted to hide the crime which was not only against medical ethics but was against humanity. Did the Supreme Court of India order the Medical Team to rape?

The Supreme Court of India had forced His Divine Holiness to undergo medical potency tests. No medical test is done till date on Aarthi Rao, not even a blood test. On the other hand, He was physically tortured on a `beastly level in the name of medical check up. The Supreme Court did not order such an invasive test. It was done by the inhumane perverted minds of the State medical team.

TRAUMATIC PAIN increases

They chose painful unscientific methods instead of accurate Rigiscan test

His Divine Holiness repeatedly asked the State-medical team to use a more sensitive test called Rigiscan, a state-of-the-art machine; however, the State-Medical team said that they did not have access to the machine. This was untrue, as a well-known andrologist from Bangalore had already loaned them a rigiscan machine.

Pressurized to take Lethal Injection
