The last malicious act was the refusal of ambulance to take Him back with****the basic medical attention needed. There was no care or concern from the unjust and unethical medical fraternity. The disciples had to arrange for a wheelchair and ambulance to take their beloved Guru safely back to the monastery.

The barbaric and atrocious “medical attack”, had left His Divine Holiness wheelchair- bound. When the medical tests were taking place inside, the media-mafia-mob was on an uproar right outside the hospital, waiting to lynch Him. When His Divine Holiness came out of the hospital the police who had brought Him for the medical test stood watching unbothered leaving Him vulnerable to the media mafia. His disciples had to rush Him into the ambulance that theyhad to hire, as the hospital refusedto give any post-trauma care.
Certain media houses such as TV9 even illegally entered inside the hospital and recorded His Divine Holiness on a wheelchair. His Divine Holiness is highly revered by millions for healing people of their illnesses. “How He Himself could be on a wheelchair” was a highly “preferred” argument that the sadist media-mafia employed against Him.

September 2014: His Divine Holiness, in acute pain, being discharged from the hospital, swarmed by the Media mafia, who were so inhuman, that they did not allow Him to even leave the hospital and thrusted their cameras in hundreds on Him.

Rishi Nithya Advaitananda recalls, “The drive back was a nightmare that we will never forget. The media-assassins hounded the ambulance right up to the monastery gates. We felt the murderous Paparazzi would even kill to film. Media vans and bikes tried to
tightly tail and surround the ambulance from all sides. We were desperately trying to keep closely hooked to the ambulance.
All traffic laws were broken. The cameras became intrusive weapons of assault. The media turned to mob assassins. The convoy of media vehicles were packed with OB (Outside broadcast) vans, cars and bikes flooding the highway.
The media bikers drove savagely, cutting in between the ambulance and us, as they vied with each other for better and better footage of the ambulance. They pushed themselves out of their moving vehicles, reached out to the moving ambulance windows, and filmed Swamiji inside of the moving ambulance! We were stunned at the desperation and vengefulness.
Somehow we reached the Aadheenam. We were so relieved to approach the Aadheenam gates. But the next scene we saw was a media war scene at the gates, with scores of media vehicles parked with flashing lights and a furious mob wanting to be let inside. Cameramen were blasting the residents. It was a nightmare challenge to safely roll the ambulance in. If the gates opened, the mob was threatening to enter.
More residents reinforced the gates and managed to push back the mob and allow the ambulance in, locking the gates instantly.
The vehicles following were trapped outside the gates amidst the irate mob that took its fury on one of the disciples, Sri Nithya Mokshapriyananda. He was locked in his car, and the media-mob thrashed the car from all sides with big stones. He barely saved his life. And all this happened, as the police watched silently.”
Sri Nithya Pranananda, Secretary to His Divine Holiness describes:
“As we returned from the city, an even larger mob swarmed around our cars. For two kilometers traffic was blocked because of the attacks. We were all forced to get out of our cars at gunpoint. As I tried to get away, they grabbed me by clothes and dragged me through the gravel, skinning my back and limbs. I could feel the bones in my fingers cracking as they barreled over them with their feet.
Using their boots, they crushed my face into the ground, while taunting me.
I never experienced such agonizing pain in my entire life. I was screaming at the top of my lungs for what felt like an eternity but they never stopped. Unable to handle the pain, I was continuously going in and out of consciousness. I was sobbing atrociously until one point, my voice became silent. I tried to fight back but my attempts were useless.
As they continued to beat me, I was lying in a pool of my own blood which only seemed to grow larger.”
The ‘Media Paparazzi’ attacking the Aadheenam gates following the vehicle of His Divine Holiness and rapping all the vehicles. For them, just breaking the car from all sides and physically assaulting them was not enough. Some of them, tried to even enter the devotee-vehicles through the car windows and thrust their big cameras in, while the others hand held weapons for assassination.
*Mob Lynching Caught on Camera -*Amidst the attack by ‘Media Paparazzi’, a police officer is spotted in his obvious ‘inaction’ - doing nothing and silently watching the whole life-attack at the Aadheenam gates. Shockingly, a 600-policeman force was used during the illegal detainment of His Divine Holiness in 2012 and 100s of police officers were stationed at the Aadheenam to seal and curfew it then. But, when it came to basic security of His Divine Holiness and safety for His devotee (who are also human and citizens), only one or two lone police officers are seen ‘playing the cop’!
**Nothing came in the way of the blood-hungry Media mob - for they were out there to kill, not to film.**Media Mob vehicles flooded the whole entry driveaway outside the gates of the Bengaluru Aadheenam. They are spotted here simultaneously attacking multiple cars of the devotees with iron rods and stone rocks.

“After one of the most torturous treatments of any human being, after a traumatising potency test performed on his Divine Holiness, we were all returning back to the aadheenam from the Victoria Memorial Hospital in the city.
I was alone in my car as I drove back from the hospital that evening. It was already dark, and I was just behind all the other aadheenam cars. There was a tremendous crowd outside the adheenam gate, with reporters and locals swarming around the entrance to get inside the premises.
The cars in front of me somehow squeezed past the crowd and entered the adheenam gates. Unfortunately, by the time I got to the gates, the crowd had completely surrounded me. I was stuck in front of the gate, where those right inside were not even able to help me due to the sheer number of people.
All of a sudden, the glass at the back of the car shattered. With great alarm, I realised that the mob was beating at the car with rods, trying to break into it. Just as I was processing this, the front windshield shattered with even greater force, and I had to shield my face from the shrapnel flying everywhere.
As I was calculating what to do next, the whole car started rocking back and forth as they tried the upturn the whole vehicle. I quickly switched on the engine and began aggressively driving backwards. The crowd started to move out of the way, and follow me as I drove backwards.They started to pick up stones and pelt it hard at the already broken windshields.
I drove forward as fast as I could, and the gates opened to let me in just in time. It was a horrific incident that I could never forget. I escaped being lynched by the mob by a hair’s breadth. The violence and thirst for blood that these paid mobs have is always a threat to us, wherever we go. Being just a devotee, who visits the aadheenam, not even being someone who lives there - If I have to face such a thing, then it is a major danger to society to be so tolerant of such a blatant persecution.”

“As we were on our way back to the aadheenam, around a 5 kilometer bumper to bumper traffic jam was created by a mob that slowed down Swamiji’s car in order to attack him and kill him. Police, media and local militants were all involved in planning this attack. By the time the mob engulfed our vehicles it was around 200-300 people. They broke every single window of our vehicles, pierced the tires with knives and slit them so that they were irreparable.
It was truly a scene of complete anarchy.
They began repeatedly beating my shoulders and back. .As I tried to get away, they grabbed me by clothes and dragged me through the gravel, skinning my back and limbs. Tying me up, they ripped each nail out of my fingers and toes using a pliers. They continued not paying heed to my blood-curdling screams.
When they smashed my head against the wall, my blood splattered all over the room. Unable to handle the pain, I was continuously going in and out of consciousness. No matter how much I cried, fought, screamed nothing stopped them. The life was stomped out of me and I became a living corpse. I never experienced such excruciating pain in my entire life. I was screaming at the top of my lungs for what felt like an eternity but they never stopped. As they continued to beat me, I was lying in a pool of my own blood which only seemed to grow larger. They tried to intimidate me by threatening my family and my younger sisters.”

In spite of TRAUMATIC pain, He addressed the devotees from a wheelchair the very next day
His Divine Holiness came for giving darshan (public appearance) to His devotees during the daily morning satsang (spiritual discourse) the very next day. He didn’t say much. Devotees and disciples were in tears. Nobody knew what they could do. He only told them, “Do not cry.”

On a day after the medical potency tests, the media-mafia aired highly derogatory programmes ridiculing His Divine Holiness for being on a wheelchair. Cartoon noises and animations were used for this purpose.
Media Houses publish contradictory statements to confuse and incite hatred in the masses
The next few days, the media mafia deployed a propaganda technique, called “Programmed Confusion.” The media published several wrong versions of the medical potency test. Some of these were exactly opposite. The Media intended to confuse and incite hatred in public for Paramahamsa Nithyananda. For example,

Said that His Divine Holiness did undergo potency test
The doctors said that the patient (His Divine Holiness) was cooperative and conscious throughout the session.
Two media houses giving exact opposite narrative, to program confusion into the society to make them lose ability to make any intelligent decisions about the persecution done on His Divine Holiness using the medical potency test.
Anybody who was an audience to such contradictory news would get so confused that he would become insensitive to the pain of His Divine Holiness and cries of His persecuted community. In persecution science, Programming Confusion in the society is used to make it impossible for society to take any conscious intelligent decisions, about violence against victim community. In the case of medical potency test hundreds of confusing, contradictory, irrelevant news article were published (and many are still accessible online). Till date, no Indian citizen is able to comprehend that such crimes were done against His Divine Holiness, rather due to excessive propaganda most believe that He never came out of jail after 2012.

In the case of FAKE rape charges pressed against Paramahamsa Nithyananda, there was colossal evidence only in His favor. For example,
The contradictions in the statements of the FAKE rape accuser, such as she alleged being raped in Salem, on a date when she herself was in the U.S. in Michigan University State Hospital being treated for Herpes, and His Divine Holiness was in Bangalore!
The FAKE rape accuser Aarthi Rao alleged rape while she actually was on the opposite part of the planet Earth from the location she alleged being raped.
The fact that the FAKE rape accuser had 4 highly contagious incurable STDs (Sexually transmitted diseases) which could transmit by a mere skin-to-skin contact, while His Divine Holiness did not have any of these four STDs. This
directly proved that the FAKE rape charges were false.

Erectile dysfunction (incapable of erection)
Anorchid* testosterone levels - 12.5 ng/dL against a normal of 300 ng/dL to 1000 ng/dL. (Anorchid - literally means absence of testicles - used to indicate that testosterone levels are as low as a person whose genitals are absent.)
The values revealed in thepotency tests beyond any doubt proved that Paramahamsa Nithyananda was incapable of any sexual act, and therefore innocent of the FAKE rape charges alleged against Him.
Potency test is not a confirmation of rape allegations
Just because a man is potent, does not prove he is a rapist. For example, each man on this planet who has fathered children is definitely sexually potent, but it does not prove he is a rapist. The medical potency tests are thus, not useful in concluding that a man accused of rape is a rapist. Any usage of potency test as a positive qualifier to prove a ‘rape charge’ is an absurd logic drawing ‘untrue’ conclusion.
What then was the point of the potency test?
**Double Negative statements obscure the redundancy of the potency test:**A medical potency test is completely redundant for a rape case and is therefore always written as a *double-negative. Thus, the potency “test system” is not useful, a complete abuse and waste of public money, hospital manpower and other resources which can be better used for serving the society.
*A double negative is a grammatical construction occurring when two forms of negation are used in the same sentence.
The State conspiracy
The medical reports of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, showed that His testosterone (male sex hormone) level was 12.5 ng/dl, whereas for a normal sexually potent male, it should record between 240-830 ng/dl. It was a solid medical statement stating He was IMPOTENT. This BREAKTHROUGH medical finding which is enough to collapse the fake case against Him, was SUPPRESSED by the State-police-medical-team nexus.

While the testosterone of an adult male is in the range of 250 ng/dLto 830 ng/dL, His testosterone level was found to be 12.50 ng/dL, which is 5% of lowest level in adult males (aged 31–49) which is 249 mg/dL. It is also 16 percent lesser than the lower limit of testosterone observed in healthy adult women.
The “Fraudulent” Medical ‘Opinion’ that suppressed the actual test results
The medical report by the Government of Karnataka, Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute, Victoria Hospital, Bangalore threw open the malicious conspiracy of the Police-Medical Nexus **.**The threshold of medical ethics and basic human treatment was criminally broken. Conducting the potency test and giving a ‘fraudulent’ medical report exposed the medical malpractice of the State Medical team.
Crimes of the State Medical Team
It was SHOCKING that the State Medical team put the trusted Indian medical fraternity to shame. Defying the medical laws, they unscientifically produced untrue information about the test results. The State Medical team included the following doctors:

What They Did
The State medical team of Karnataka issued an unjust and false medical examination report.
They phrased the medical report as a mere “opinion” which means only a belief or a view-point. After such clear conclusive medical test results which proved the “lifelong sexual impotency” of His Divine Holiness, the State medical team gave an incorrect opinion. Medical ethics were grossly violated. Later these ‘incorrect opinions’ were strongly refuted by world’s top medical experts through written, sworn, notarized statements.
Their “Opinion” deliberately contradicted the medical test results and made the whole potency test as inconclusive and redundant.
The language they used was of “double negatives”. The ‘Opinion’ stated - “There isno evidenceto suggest that the personis incapableof performing sexual act.”

THE ACTUAL MEDICAL EXAMINATION TEST RESULT
The following medical test results were obtained from the Victoria Hospital by the State-Prosecution (State-Police-Medical Team) for the potency test conducted on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, based on orders by the Supreme Court of India.
Following are the medical test results of Paramahamsa Nithyananda, which medically prove the following (The five technical points below are explained in detail under them):
Impotency (very low serum testosterone)
insignificant penile blood flow
male hormone levels of a child
calcification of the scrotal sacs
significant varicocele
Here the State-Medical team, has clearly pointed out the fact that His Divine Holiness does not
carry any sexually transmitted disease (STD) virus like Herpes or AIDS. The FAKE rape accuser, is known to be a carrier of 4 highly contagious incurable STDs which spread by mere skin-to-skin contact. She alleged being raped 40 times over a period of five years. It was impossible for someone to have raped her 40 times and not get infected by any of her STDs.
The State-Medical team clearly conclude Hypogonadism. Hypogonadism means reduction or absence of male sex hormones (testosterone) secretion.
Here the State-Medical team, has clearly concluded that His Divine Holiness is impotent. But this finding was suppressed in the conclusion section.

Medical Experts Worldwide expose medical “malpractices of the State Medical Team
After the shockingly fraudulent medical reports submitted by the corrupt State Medical Team, it became imperative to get true, authentic first-hand medical conclusions on the medical examination tests done by the State Medical team. Seven of the world’s leading and renowned medical experts in the____specialized field of Urology, were individually sent the complete medical records of the State Medical Test Reports of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
**“Directly opposite to the medical records”, “wrong”, “glaring discrepancies”, “strangely uncorrelated with the unique tests results of the patient”, “surprisingly, the opinion submitted by the Victoria Hospital doctors does not highlight this result”, “significant discrepancy between the Doppler ultrasound finding and final opinion”, “ I find her (false rape accuser) claims of rape by him is unbelievable”, “the final evaluation of the Government Medical Panel was inconsistent with the vascular study”,**these are some of the striking observations made by the medical experts on the State Medical Team’s “Opinion” dated 8th September 2014. The Victoria Hospital’s report was strongly disagreed with and refuted by all of themhaving a combined experience of at least 180 years,having dealt with hundreds of such cases. They gave their affidavits, which were sworn and declared to their government ‘notary public’.

THE STATE MEDICAL TEAM DID NOT CONCLUDE ANY OF THE ABOVE MEDICAL FACTS AND IN FACT INTENTIONALLY CONCEALED THEM, AND GAVE A ‘DOUBLE NEGATIVE’ OPINION.

This condition leaves Swami with extremely low hormone levels required for a sex drive (libido).
The test results indicate that Swami also has poor nocturnal tumescence, which indicates that Swami is unable to have sexual intercourse or sustain an erection (erectile dysfunction).
Based on my experience and review of the attached records, IT IS MEDICALLY UNLIKELY THAT SWAMI WOULD HAVE THE CAPABILITY OR DESIRE TO HAVE SEXUAL RELATIONS. Further,
Swami’s low hormone levels and poor nocturnal tumescence could not____manifest overnight. Rather, these would develop over time and it is likely he has these conditions for a number of years.
I have also reviewed the detailed claims of Ms. Aarathi Rao in her Indian witness statements under the alias “Amla”, along with her medical reports from the University of Michigan Hospital. These detailed records clearly indicates that Ms. Rao has, at minimum, Herpes Simplex Virus I and II since at least 2004. Based on a comparison of her medical records and Swami’s medical records, I find her claims of rape by____him is unbelievable.
Given the highly contagious nature of both HSV 1 and 2, the fact that Ms. Rao would have regular flare ups, the number of instances that Rao alleges skin-to-skin physical contact and the fact that Swami does not have the highly contagious disease(s) is indicative that the incidents ofrape/sexual abuse is false.
Given that Ms. Rao is claiming that she had sexual intercourse with Swami and Swami’s record indicate he not capable of sexual intercourse, is also indicative that the alleged incidents ofrape/sexual abuse are false.
Given that Ms. Rao claims that Swami had sexual desires and Swami’s medical records show that he has extremely low hormone levels required for a sex drive (libido), is further indicative that the****alleged incidents of rape/sexual abuse are false.

although the medical tests conducted, described in the Victoria Hospital Report, on the patient, Sri Nithyananda Swami, were very comprehensive, I found the conclusions by the committee of doctors to____be strangely uncorrelated with the unique tests results of the patient.
For example, the Victoria Hospital report clearly indicates that Sri Nithyananda Swami has extremely severe anorchid levels of testosterone and low levels of LH. This finding alone is a strong indicator of erectile dysfunction. However, surprisingly, the opinion submitted by the Victoria Hospital doctors does not highlight this result as a medical cause why Sri Nithyananda Swami would be incapable of sexual acts.
there is a significant discrepancy between the Doppler ultrasound finding and final opinion. Specifically, the medical report states, "Flaccid State Doppler Assessment showed insignificant blood flow", but yet the final opinion states, "Flaccid State Doppler Assessment showed normal blood flow". The Victoria Hospital medical team conclusion is directly opposite of the medical results of the patient.
The Doppler test results indicate that Sri Nithyananda Swami's peak systolic velocity, in a flaccid state, is only 6.7cm/sec on the right side, which indicates insignificant blood flow and is significantly lower
than normal and is sufficient to be considered a vascular cause of erectile____dysfunction.
In my experience, the two above findings are sugges tive of erectile____dysfunction due to both vasculogenic and hormonal causes.
In addition, Sri Nithyananda Swami's results indicate that he has diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia--all of which are well known in the medical literature __to cause erectile dysfunction.__Yet, I again found it
odd, that the examining doctors did not make note of this in theirfinal opinion as a medical reason why Sri Nithyananda Swami wouldbe incapable of sexual acts.
There is also a notable discrepancy regarding the Scrotal Dopplerexamination.The findings explicitly state, "significant varicocele seen on either side" but yet the final opinion states, "no clinical evidence of varicocele." Again the Victoria Hospital medical team's conclusion isdirectly opposite of the medical results of the patient.Further, normally the Scrotal Doppler automatically calculates the testicular volume. The Doppler report does not mention testicular volume but appears only in the final conclusion. This might indicate that the volume indicated by The Victoria Hospital medical team may be discrepant from____actual testicular volume of the patient.
In my opinion, Sri Nithyananda Swami has all the three causes of erectile dysfunction: vasculogenic, hormonal and psychological, which provideenough clear evidence to support Sri Nithyananda Swami's claimthat he is incapable of sexual acts and thus did not perform rape****and unnatural sex.

Further, it takes several years for the hormonal levels of Testosterone to reach anorchid levels and gynecomastia to develop. This indicates a chronic disorder of long standing.
there is a clear history of his body being unresponsive to sexual urge, no____sexual activity during his lifetime, no history of masturbation, wet dreams or erections. The psychiatric team has not disputed this history in the report, though these findings indicate a psychological cause of Erectile____Dysfunction.
Notably, there are glaring discrepancies between the actual resultsof the patient and the conclusion drawn by the board of physiciansin the Victoria Hospital report.
Finally, having long standing diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia, along with the medications, has a significant negative impact on the vascular and neuropathic flow to the penis, again causing significant____compromise of the erectile function.
In conclusion, in my more than 30 years of experience, having seen and treated hundred of cases of erectile dysfunction, I can say that a person with these objective and subjective findings would most likely, not****be able to have spontaneous erections or sexual intercourse.

It seems __curious that the final evaluation of the Government____Medical Panel was inconsistent with the vascular study i__n which impaired cavernosal arterial was noted, the ultrasound report and the biochemical analysis of testosterone which is clearly deficient - yet THEY BELIEVE THE DEFENDANT HAS NO EVIDENCE OF IMPAIRED ERECTILE FUNCTION.
