Content: Nithyanandam everybody. Welcome to the introduction of the eN Vidyalaya program.
Content: What is the eN-Vidyalaya program?
Content: Swamiji has been guiding all of us with knowledge and insights about the inner awakening and flowering of the child that is necessary to make them complete individuals, who will be the citizens of the quantum intelligent civilization, based on consciousness, compassion, creativity and confidence. There by, giving children and families an opportunity to discover Indigo Children.
Content: For that to happen, Swamiji wants us to teach the children Living Enlightenment concepts as the syllabus. You may ask; how the children will grasp such deep rooted concepts and how the teachers will be able to teach the spiritual details to the children. Swamiji mentioned that these concepts were already present in children and it is only over the period of time we forget them. By teaching them these concepts at a young age, we will be able to save the children the emotional and social trauma of dealing with the challenges of life.
Content: These Life solutions concepts are for all the children of god, equally applicable to the children and families in Florida to those on Mount Fujiyama. Not only normal children, this will also help the gifted children, abused children, children with special needs like children with disabilities, children with autism, children with ADHD and for kids with medical conditions like children with cancer, children with diabetes etc.
Content: The life solution concepts are learnt as activities and games for Children so that they free the children the understanding of complicated words but give them a complete understanding of knowing themselves and the people and the world around them. More importantly we have seen significant improvement in child health for those that have attended and assimilated these concepts.
Content: As part of our Children first approach, we have been conducting Teacher training workshops every month since 2007, when we started “Living Enlightenment as syllabus” in our curriculum. The children of ages 4 to 7 are able to directly implement these learnings in their life and transition into new possibilities. The children of ages 8 to 14 are able to get their brain wired by all these and escape the conditioning from parents and society.
Content: Here are some case studies of how the program works on children.
Content: A five year old child was very sick. Due to constant vomiting she was very tired and sleepy. Instead of crying and creating a tantrum, the child told her mother “I accept my body; I accept the vomit; it is ok”. The child had a wonderful deep
Page 7
Content: There was this other six year old child explaining that the body is like the computer and the CPU gives the energy to the body. However, the virus Ego, is affecting the whole system by stopping the love from transmitting to all parts of the computer.
Content: It is this deep understanding that evolves a person into the higher consciousness. Children live the moment and are spontaneously able to put their learnings into practice.
Content: All the conventional schools train the child in IQ ( Intelligence Quotient) and now some schools have started to train them in EQ ( Emotional Quotient ). However, we fail to understand the possibility of the moving the child to SQ ( Spiritual Quotient ) and WQ ( Holistic Quotient ); finally leading them to QQ ( Quantum Quotient ). The teachers and parents must take-up the responsibility of educating the child for the child to face the world of possibilities.
Content: With the ever increasing stress and competition in schools and the limitless expectations of parents from their kids, Swamiji has created the eN Vidyalaya program, a weekend school. Children learning these simple yet powerful life solution concepts are easily able meet the challenges of the world.
Content: Regular schools only focus on teaching the child math, science, history, language, music etc, that make the child see in only one dimension. Mainstream education fails to look at the big picture where we are unable to make children the future leaders. They offer many courses for the kids to become toppers but forget to understand that life is all about uniquely exploring and externally manifesting your intrinsic reality. The world is looking for a dynamic personality who can multitask using multiple intelligence in numerous possibilities. In eN Vidyalaya, we are creating the core foundation of emotional and spiritual intelligence, so that the child can build any structure with the tools that they are provided in their schools. We are presenting them multiple possibilities for the future.
Content: How does the eN-Vidyalaya program work?
Content: The eN Vidyalaya program is made up of many segments, like; Life Solution Classes and activities, Yoga, Meditation, Games, performing and creative Arts for children. Vidyalaya means, knowledge of inner self or inner flowering. This program helps each child along with the teacher to flower with overflowing compassion. The program is run for 2 to 3 hrs on any day, preferably weekend for ages 4 to 14 years. Some centers can have 2 groups; group1 - ages 4 to 7 years and group2 - ages 8 to 14 years, while other centers can hold combined classes.
Content: The needs of the classes are very minimal; things like basic paints, Crayon,
Page 8
Content: We will be giving you the day wise plan for each class so the teacher takes very less time in preparations and focuses more on providing the best possible learning experience to the children. The course ware will contain Life solutions class and activities and Arts for children. Other segments are left to the imagination of the teacher in expanding the horizon or the children.
Content: When we were young we usually have a simple life. We can mould it the way we set the environment around us. Even if one factor is missed then we are conditioned by ideas which change our possibilities indefinitely. We define the entire course as many subtopics which will have further subtopics. Issues faced by the children like Love, compassion, fear, greed, anger, frustration, perversion, abusive language etc. are some of the topics.
Content: We use child-friendly examples like “Love is like sponge and ego is like rock”, and the child quickly understands the inner quality of themselves. Talking directly to their mind might be very difficult. When we speak to the inner chatter/inner space they seem to catch the point much easily. The truth is much deeper than facts. So the facts are only mind based but truth is experience/reality based.
Content: The dynamic changes that we see in the children is when more and more they encourage their friends and appreciate each other’s work and they become leaders. They are overflowing in love and directly the cosmos returns results. So when the inner space become more and more responsible they have no other choice but to be leaders in any area they choose to work. Children need to be given immunization vaccine of all the possibilities of pain, fear, guilt etc. We also need to give them the truth to be un-clutched from the beginning.
Content: As a teacher, you have the responsibility of understand and following these life-solutions so that you can live and inspire the children. We are sure you will enjoy

Content: LESSON: 1
Content: Introduction:
Content: Bring focus to the topic regarding thoughts; how, when we unclutch from our thoughts we experience more peace and bliss.
Content: Goals:
Content: To make the child aware how independent thoughts flow continuously, and how when we become aware we open up to reality and live in the present.
Content: Click:
Content: Each thought is completely independent
Content: About the topic:
Content: Different thoughts are continuously flowing in you. All thoughts are related to something about the past or the future. You cannot have thoughts about the present. In the present moment you can have only consciousness, no thoughts. Each thought is completely independent, completely unconnected to the previous thought. Understand that no two thoughts are logically connected. No thought is responsible for the creation of another thought. They all appear randomly, independent, and illogically. Your life is the totality of all the thoughts you have when you are aware and unaware. Make the child understand that different kinds of thoughts are continuously flowing in our mind. Question the child what thoughts are there in his mind now? Next we question them how we can 'unclutch' from this random stream of thoughts? We experience a neutral space between any two thoughts in our mind. That neutral space, that silence that exists between two thoughts is peace and bliss. When we no longer grab onto thoughts and connect them to the past or future, we remain 'unclutched'. As we remain 'unclutched' from our thoughts we become more aware of the neutral spaces between thoughts. The gap between the thoughts will automatically extend when we remain

Content: Assessment:
Content: Are they aware that the thoughts are about the past and future?
Content: Are they able to unclutch and experience the neutral space?
Content: Do they know that while living in the present moment they can have only consciousness, no thoughts?
Content: What are thoughts?
Content: Why do we have thoughts? Who creates it?
Content: Do babies have thoughts?
Content: Why are we thinking constantly? When can we relax?
Content: When do we relax from thinking?
Content: Why do we ponder about some thoughts more than other?
Content: Are negative thoughts very catchy why?
Content: Evaluation:
Content: Ask them to analyze the thoughts coming, whether the thoughts are connected or not.
Content: Evaluate to know their nature of thoughts, to understand about their thought flow and to experience their present moment or the neutral space or their pure consciousness
Content: Conclusion:
Content: If you become aware continuously, you will open up to reality which ultimately will lead you to experience only joy and bliss.

Content: Art of the Day - Drawing the sequence
Content: Goals:
Content: Children understand about unclutching every thought by doing this activity.
Content: Materials:
Content: Paper (1 each), Pencil (1 each).
Content: Preparation:
Content: Have enough pencils for everyone and 1 paper each and tell them to draw the pictures.
Content: Presentation:
Content: Ask each child to draw any picture that comes to their mind one after the other.
Content: Tell them that they can draw a theme or draw randomly.
Content: If they are drawing without a theme each picture will be unconnected like unclutched thoughts.
Content: If we have a theme and draw the pictures it will be connected to the theme in some way. Usually the picture will be unconnected.
Content: Interpretation:
Content: This activity focuses on being in the now. There is no logic in the way thoughts form in our mind. Thoughts are just moving, drifting from one thing to another.

Content: Activity of the day - Paper Cutting
Content: Material required:
Content: Paper (one piece each)
Content: Safety scissors(1 per child)
Content: Presentation and discussion:
Content: We have so many thoughts, and we don't know how to just stop thinking unless we are in deep sleep. So this is an activity to show how we can snip one thought at a time.
Content: Activity:
Content: Take the scissors and demonstrate how we can snip one piece of paper at a time into tiny pieces. When we try to cut a thick set of papers we will find it very difficult as it becomes very hard. Like a one man army we can only cut each sheet of paper at a time making it very easy and precise.
Content: Each child can snip the full sheet of paper into tiny pieces/ thoughts and then try snipping the whole bunch of paper. We need to un-clutch from each and every thought that arises in our mind.

Content: Joy and Pain Shaft
Content: Introduction:
Content: Introducing how we connect our thoughts and create joy and pain shafts
Content: Goals:
Content: To make them understand that the shafts doesn't exist. It is just selective memory.
Content: The very shaft is your imagination.
Content: Click:
Content: We constantly create shafts of pain or joy.
Content: About the topic:
Content: A small diagram is shown, to understand how thoughts flow through the mind; and how you connect them. Each thought in the mind is shown in different shape, size and color.
Content: One may be related to joy or a joyful experience; the next may be related to some pain.
Content: Life is filled with different kinds of incidents related to joy, (school, party, friends, parents, tour) You don't look at life as it is. What do you usually do?
Content: You collect only the incidents related to joy and create a shaft, connecting only those ideas, and you think your life is nothing but joy. You think that your life is a long chain of joy, a joy shaft. The joy that you experienced last year, the joy that you experienced this year, the joy that you experienced yesterday, the joy that you are experiencing today are all independent, individual, unconnected thought shafts. At the present moment, you connect all those thoughts and create a big shaft of joy. You may identify your joy with an object, a person, or a space like a particular vacation resort. Now you will try again and again to bring that shaft of joy back in your life; to bring that person, that object, that space or that same incident back in your life. Ask the child to try and recall some experience with any person or object or space wherein with the same person (mother, father,

Content: friends, grandma, grandpa) or object (ice-cream, chocolate, toys) or space (beach, resort, vacation) but the experience would be varied and not the same. So make them understand that they will not be able experience the same joy again. This puts you in further pain.
Content: In life, we constantly create either shafts of pain or joy. If you create the shaft of joy, you try to elongate it! But you don't understand that you can neither elongate the joy shaft nor break the pain shaft - simply because the shaft itself doesn't exist. It is just selective memory. The very shaft is your imagination.
Content: Assessment:
Content: • What is the nature of thoughts?
Content: • How do we connect thoughts?
Content: • What is a joy or pain shaft?
Content: • Can we elongate or break the shafts?
Content: • Do the shafts really exist?
Content: • Why do we feel that the joy might end?
Content: Why is the time longer when we are in the pain shaft rather than the joy shaft?
Content: What happens to the shaft when you are in the moment?
Content: How are thoughts related to shafts?
Content: Evaluation:
Content: Evaluate if the child is able to express how they connect the thoughts and create the joy and pain shaft.

Content: Activity - Repeating the same action
Content: Goals:
Content: To enable the children to be aware of being in the now and concentrating on one activity.
Content: Presentation:
Content: A child is given an action that he loves to do and is asked to repeat the same action again and again, till he feels what is the point of this action? Then again change the action and ask the child to repeat it in the same manner.
Content: Now explain how the mind really gets bored even if we are crazy about repeating the action.
Content: Interpretation:
Content: This activity focuses on being in the now and concentrating on the present activity without having any thought.

Content: Unclutch - The Nature of the Mind
Content: LESSON: 3
Content: Thoughts are like bubbles in a fish tank
Content: Introduction:
Content: Teach the children that our thought patterns are similar to that of a stream of bubbles one can see in a fish tank.
Content: Goals:
Content: To understand the nature of thoughts
Content: Click:
Content: There is always gap between the thoughts
Content: About the topic:
Content: There is no linear connection between one thought and the next. The only relationships between thoughts are that they come from the same source. But we constantly connect one thought with the next in a linear manner. Just as bubbles in a fish tank rise from the bottom, our thoughts also rise in the same manner. When one bubble rises and reaches the surface of the water, the next bubble starts and then the third bubble follows. As the bubbles are released at a high speed, they look like a continuous stream! Actually there is always a gap between the two bubbles. (A rotating fan can also be used as an example) Like the bubbles, we also experience a neutral space between two thoughts. Since the gap or the neutral space between two thoughts is small, we think all thoughts are connected and form a shaft. But there is always a gap between two thoughts. We constantly create illogical connections. We forget to see incidents as being independent of each other. If you learn this one simple technique of unclutching, you will be able to retain a significant amount of energy in your system, in your being. As a result, you will be friendlier, you will have tremendous inner space to fulfill your needs, as well as others. You will be

Content: If you decide strongly you are going to un-clutch forever, this moment you
Content: will be un-clutched. In a very unexpected way mind will disappear.
Content: Committed and intense practice of un-clutching makes one firmly
Content: established in higher state of awareness.
Content: These are the five modifications of the mind: right knowledge, wrong
Content: knowledge, imagination, sleep, memory.
Content: Your whole life is nothing but a war between you and your mind.

Content: reasoning; analyzing, it is a beautiful word.
Content: It means when withdrawal from mental patterns happens, when you take
Content: the responsibility for your mind remembering 'You are thinking; thinking is
Content: your action; mind is not an object or it is not a thing; it is your very action',
Content: the moment you take the responsibility, the moment you start
Content: remembering that, mind is an action, suddenly you will see you are able to

Content: Activity - Simon says
Content: Goals:
Content: To make children understand how to unclutch every thought by playing this game.
Content: Presentation:
Content: This activity mainly concentrates on being in the now and unclutching the previous thought.
Content: The children are taught the game. The children have to listen to the instructions very carefully and carry out those instructions.
Content: They have to carry out the instructions only when it has the prefix Simon says. For example Simon says jump- they have to jump. If we utter only jump they must not jump. The instructions can at first be simple and then increasingly become complicated to make the game interesting.
Content: Interpretation:
Content: This activity relates to being in the now; unclutching pervious thoughts and focusing on the present.

Content: LESSON: 4
Content: It is never the 'same'
Content: Introduction:
Content: Introduce the understanding that every single happening, even our everyday activities are independent incidents.
Content: Goals:
Content: To make the child realize that life is new every moment.
Content: Click:
Content: Life is new every moment
Content: About the topic:
Content: Every single activity in our lives is unconnected, even our everyday activities like eating and drinking. Each and every experience is independent in its own way. Drinking water yesterday and drinking water today are two completely different incidents. The food that you ate yesterday and the food that you eat today are different, even if they seem physically the same! But your mind creates the shaft between the two incidents and says, 'I eat the same food every day'. Please be very clear, we are not eating the same food every day. You may use same word 'eating' for both the experiences, but they are not the same experience. Yesterday what we ate, today what we are eating and tomorrow what we are going to eat are different incidents and separate experiences. They are completely independent and unattached. Life is new every moment. It is the mind that makes it look repetitive, dull and mundane. An architect creates new models but an engineer creates a module for creating the same items. Each one is unique in feature, character and personality. when you don't have compassion to this moment, you always judge this moment with your past experience. Abusing the present with the past is what I call hell. Continuously we torture, we disturb the existence by killing the present

Content: 21
Page 23
Content: moment. Please understand, the eternity comes in front of you, presents itself to you in the present moment. You can touch the eternity only by touching the present moment.
Content: You can see very clearly, you can't touch the future, you can touch the eternity by touching the present moment. The present moment is the only way you can connect with eternity. When you don't connect with the present moment, if you are constantly torturing it with your past you are creating misconception, wrong understanding. For example, if you are hurt in the past by somebody who is wearing a white dress, whenever you see a man with white dress you will always have that fear, that discomfort. You will always carry that. That man and this man is in no way related, they are no way connected, no way even know each other but you carry that. You pass a judgement, you carry your past, with that past you try to. constantly judge the present. With the past conditioning when you try to judge that leads to misconception If you repeat some words again and again, you will start believing it, so be aware of the words you are repeating, please understand.

Content: Society does not liberate you
Content: Introduction:
Content: To introduce that by nature we are liberated beings
Content: Goals:

Content: Mind convinces us that you cannot be alive without it
Content: About the topic:
Content: The first thing your mind does is to convince you that you cannot be alive
Content: without it.
Content: The moment it convinces you of this, nothing more needs to be done. Then
Content: you will never try to drop the mind. You give confidence to the mind to
Content: engulf you. Once you show your fear, once you show that you are very
Content: fragile, that is enough for your mind and you are caught. You can hold on to
Content: whatever you think is your identity and security - your education, your
Content: mind, your life, your toys and your relationships. Don't bother about losing
Content: your identity. Just trust yourself and let go of your identity. You will
Content: immediately be liberated. All you need to do is to trust that you are
Content: unclutched. The moment you understand the truth that you are by nature a
Content: liberated being, the moment you relax, the inner healing or the bliss comes
Content: out and you feel the freedom. Once you start feeling the freedom, it is
Content: enough. It will give you tremendous confidence and courage to fly, to
Content: spread your wings in the sky. You will see that your being simply becomes
Content: a liberated soul in the pure cosmic consciousness.

Content: INTERPRETING BASED ON PAST CONDITIONING LEADS TO MISCONCEPTION OR WRONG UNDERSTANDING
Content: Interpreting based on past conditioning leads to misconception or wrong understanding. The whole thing, whatever problem you have can be solved with his one key. Because your whole thing, whatever problem you have, everything is just because of one reason, that interpreting based on past conditioning leads to misconception or wrong understanding.
Content: Please understand, all your fear, all your greed, all the things which you think as your identity, all your worries, whatever you think as disturbance, misfortune in your life can be sorted out with this one understanding. If you look with little sympathy and compassion towards this moment, will completely open a new door. You will have a new understanding.
Content: Assessment:
Content: • How does the mind convince you?
Content: • What happens when you give confidence to the mind?
Content: • What happens to you if you lose your identity?
Content: When do you get tremendous confidence and what happens then?
Content: What happens when we interpret based on past conditioning?
Content: Evaluation:
Content: Evaluate how the child is able to trust themselves that they are un-clutched
Content: Conclusion:
Content: Conclude the topic by telling the child that by nature we are liberated beings and to trust that he/she is un-clutched

Content: Art of the Day - Draw with non- dominant hand
Content: Goal:
Content: Children try to unclutch their thoughts by doing this activity.
Content: Materials:
Content: Paper (1 each), pencil (1 each).
Content: Preparation:
Content: Have enough pencils for everyone and a paper each and ask them to draw or write in their non-dominant hand.
Content: Presentation:
Content: Ask each child to draw a picture or write something with the non dominant hand i.e., eft handed person will write in right hand and right handed person will write in left hand. This activity enables them to use both the sides of the brain.
Content: Interpretation:
Content: This activity focuses on being in the now and unclutching previous thoughts. As they have to write in the non-dominant hand they have to focus correctly in the present.
Content: Conclusion:
Content: Doing things in the moment is a beautiful learning experience, when we exercise another aspect of our brain, we will learn better and experience life fuller through our right brain and in the now.

Content: Activity - Staring at your partner
Content: This is a simple and fun game to showcase the importance of Focusing, Alertness, Being aware, Attention, Concentration, and Enjoyment. The “Power of Now”.
Content: Each person should find a partner to play this game with and they should sit right in front of each other and look into each other's eyes.
Content: They can smile, even laugh, although that will break their concentration.
Content: But they should not look away or even blink!
Content: Whoever looks away or blinks is out, and the other wins.

Content: Story for Unclutch
Content: Children can enact the story by playing the roles of cook and the master
Content: This is the story of enlightened master during the last ten year of his life, the doctors asked the master to eat a particular kind of food. He was not allowed to eat anything else. He had to eat the same kind of food three times a day everyday. After two years the person who cooked for him came and complained.

- Our mind creates our body
Content: Introduction:
Content: To introduce that unclutching leads to tremendous awareness, energy and
Content: intelligence and to establish that our mind creates our body
Content: Goals:
Content: To help the child understand and experience that unclutching leads to
Content: tremendous awareness, energy and intelligence
Content: To help the child understand that his/her mind creates his/her body
Content: To help the child understand the body, mind and being level

Content: Unclutching leads to tremendous awareness
Content: About the topic:
Content: When you completely unclutch, tremendous awareness, energy and
Content: intelligence happens in your system Energy can never be produced. It is
Content: not something you can create. It just continuously happens in every being.
Content: If you take the stand that you are a body, you are on the plane of matter on
Content: the physical plane. You are living only in the gross body. Your desires are
Content: very physical, at the gross level. Your fears are related to the physical level
Content: fears like the basic fear of death, etc. If you think you are the mind, you live
Content: in the mental plane. Your desires, fears and everything are related to the
Content: mind, like the desire for name and fame, fear of losing your identity, etc. In
Content: the mental layer, both desires and fears are subtle. In the spiritual or being
Content: level, there won't be any desires or fears. You radiate energy continuously.
Content: Whichever plane you are in, your presence radiates that energy. Our mind
Content: creates our body; our body constantly rejuvenates and replaces itself. We
Content: are constantly replacing ourselves. Tell the kids about the scientist, Dr.
Content: Bruce Lipton. After thirty years of research in the field of biology, he
Content: clearly proves in his book called 'The Biology of Belief' that our positive
Page 33
Content: and negative emotions control our body in a bigger way than even DNA or cells do.
Content: Our body is guided by our beliefs, faith, and our positive and negative emotions. He says that even our body structure can be altered by our mind. Step by step, he proves very clearly that all our genetic, physical and mental problems are created by our faith alone. Inform the kids about the research done with children who were separated from their biological parents from birth. The children grew up thinking that the parents who had adopted them were their real parents. In these cases, the children even expressed all the symptoms of the hereditary diseases of the foster parents!
Content: Assessment:
Content: • Unclutching leads to?
Content: • What is the benefit of the being level?
Content: • When do we radiate energy continuously?
Content: • How does our body constantly rejuvenate and replace itself? Do belief, faith and emotions control our body?
Content: • How does a cell understand social problems?
Content: Our hair is falling, our skin is drying and flaking, we create new blood cells all the time but how is it we are able to store the memories which happened month’s ago?
Content: What is the relation between gross body and experiencing pain?
Content: Evaluation:
Content: Ask the child about its understanding on how mind creates the body
Content: Ask the child about the role of belief and faith
Content: Ask the child the benefits of unclutching

Content: Activity - Bee Activity
Content: Goals:
Content: This is deep and very moving and shows how we need to rise above and see the whole picture by being in the present and experiencing the now.
Content: Material required:
Content: Tumbler (large size) and transparent.
Content: Lid cover for the tumbler
Content: Bumble bee (any real bee)
Content: Preparation:
Content: Find a bee, keep it upright in a tumbler with a lid or cover over the top of the tumbler
Content: Presentation:
Content: Gather the class and discuss perspectives, how we see things, how we experience things. Talk about the things we take for granted like the sky, the air, and the sunlight. Talk about how if we are in the present, all things become clear. We are able to see the big picture and rise above every circumstance, experiencing love, light and oneness.
Content: Without focus, without living in the moment, we are like a bee; show the bee in the tumbler. It is not able to fly up and out, but instead keeps bumping in to the tumbler. It is not able to see the big picture, only when it is inverted, does it fly away.
Content: Demonstrate this concept by carefully removing the lid from the tumbler and watching the bee angrily buzz around the tumbler. It is free, but does not know it.
Content: We can learn a lot from this bee, we can step back and realize that we too need to see the big picture, observe our surroundings and rise above to great things.
Content: Conclusion:
Content: Just because we are breathing does not mean we are living. Life begins when we LIVE each moment, when we EXPERIENCE the universe and when we feel ONENESS with the whole world.

Content: Explaination: Encourage the children to do this activity . Ask each child to Just sit for one hour today. Write at least ten incidents, surely each one can write ten incidents. No need to write from the whole life , Right from morning till today each one can write ten incidents. Ten incidents where they did the same mistake of interpreting with the past conditioning.
Content: Interpretation: We are constantly bringing wrong understanding because of past conditioning. By Just writing ten incidents we can see how our mind is behaving, how our life is happening. When we understand about our mind we can unclutch and be in bliss.

Content: LESSON: 7
Content: Unclutch to heal yourself
Content: Introduction:
Content: Explain that Existence creates a new body for you every passing moment.
Content: Our cells constantly rejuvenate themselves. If this is so why do we carry
Content: the same disease?
Content: Just by un-clutching you can allow your body to heal from the disease that
Content: you already have and you can create a new body, a new system that is
Content: healthy, energetic and alive.
Content: Goals:
Content: To help the child understand that existence creates a new body every
Content: passing moment. His/her (our) cells constantly rejuvenate themselves. To
Content: help the child understand that we carry the same disease because we
Content: carry the same mind
Content: To help the child unclutch from the same mind to allow existence to

Content: Unclutching heals
Content: About the topic:
Content: Existence creates a new body for you every passing moment. Our cells
Content: constantly rejuvenate themselves. Tell the woodcutter story - the Cosmic
Content: Mother comes and asks, 'Is this new body yours?' you say, 'No, no, no!
Content: Bring my old one to me!' That is the problem. That is why, in spite of the
Content: natural rejuvenation process, you find that no big change has happened to
Content: your body over years after years. Our body has enough intelligence to
Content: replace itself. You may ask, 'If my body is again and again replacing itself,
Content: rejuvenating itself, then why am I carrying the same disease?' You carry

Content: 36
Page 38
Content: the same disease in your body because you strongly believe in the same mind. Because you are carrying the same mind, you reproduce the same problems in the body. By clutching, by connecting, you stop the self-healing that could happen in your body. The moment you allow the inner healing to happen, the outer healing will simply start happening. The moment you understand that you are an un-clutched being, that moment depression will disappear and you will create a completely new body. You will not carry your diseases forward to your new body. You carry the same disease because you believe that you are connected and that you are a continuous flow, which is supported by all of the shafts that you have created. When you create new cells or organs, you carry the same disease over into the new body also. Give the child examples on how we are clutched to old mindset:- catching cold in the rain example and knee pain mind set example When you stop carrying the same mind and the same old identity, you stop reproducing the same diseases in the new body. You stop reproducing the same pain, the same depression, the same difficulties, and same disease in the new body. You are liberated. If you are un-clutched, you allow your body to heal from the disease that you already have and you create a new body, a new system that is healthy, energetic and alive. You will live like children. Children are so alive because every moment they create a new body. They are not stuck with a shaft, so they don't have any idea about themselves. That is the reason that even if yesterday you fought with them, today they will be smiling at you as if nothing happened! They don't carry records in their minds. They don't carry any identity about themselves. They do not connect yesterday's fight, the day before yesterday's fight, and the fight that happened one month ago. They are free from the shaft.

Content: Assessment:
Content: How does un-clutching help to rejuvenate our body?
Content: How are young children so alive?
Content: Why are we stuck with diseases?
Content: Does the mind carry the disease or the body?
Content: How is the shaft related to disease?
Content: Why is the joy shaft not making the disease go away completely?
Content: We don't have a clear memory of past situations which happened years ago but we are able to carry the disease over decades?
Content: Why do we carry what we want? But then why do we want to carry disease?
Content: Evaluation:
Content: Observe the kids how quickly they are able to unclutch
Content: Conclusion:
Content: Existence creates a new body for you every passing moment. Our cells constantly rejuvenate themselves.
Content: We can unclutch from the same old mind and rejuvenate ourselves quickly from the so called diseases and pains.

Content: Presentation:
Content: Each child is given two papers and two pencils. They have to hold one pencil each in both their hands and at first draw the same picture simultaneously on different papers. Next they should draw different pictures simultaneously using both hands, on different papers. This activity enables them to use both the sides of the brain.
Content: Interpretation:
Content: This activity focuses on being in the now, unclutching previous thoughts and concentrating in the present.

Content: LESSON: 8
Content: Let go off your Body identity.
Content: By your very nature you renounce every moment
Content: Introduction:
Content: To introduce to the child that they are not their body or mind
Content: To introduce to the child that by nature we renounce our thoughts
Content: Goals:
Content: To help the child understand that we are not the body and mind
Content: To help the child understand the benefits of realizing that we are not the body and mind
Content: To help the child understand and accept them as they are
Content: To help the child realize that by our very nature we renounce our thoughts
Content: Click:
Content: Renounce every moment
Content: About the topic:
Content: The first thing to do is understand that you are not this body and mind.
Content: When you fully understand that you are not this body and mind, you will start respecting both. You start living with and not against your body and mind. You no longer abuse your body or disrespect its intelligence. You let your body live naturally and blissfully Please first understand that the thought that you are the body is itself an illusion. That is the first thought shaft that you create and suffer with as a result. If you start experiencing the truth that by your very nature you are illogical, irresponsible, independent, unconnected and un-clutched, you will start creating a new, alive, and fresh body. We abuse and disrespect our bodies in order to satisfy our ego. The moment we start to realize that we are not the body, we allow the body to function naturally. By its very nature, the body heals itself. The body has its own intelligence. However, you have lost
Content: 2011 Copyright Nithya Gnanadhan Trust
Content: 41
Page 43
Content: connection with that wonderful intelligence. You constantly abuse and torture your body.
Content: The moment you start thinking, 'I am the body,' you start abusing the body.
Content: You do so many things to satisfy the mind that, by their nature, abuse the body. If you can relax from the idea that you are the body, you will start to
Content: respect the body. You will make decisions that allow the body intelligence to function beautifully. You will allow the body to live naturally. You will be
Content: alive, bubbling and overflowing with energy. The moment you start understanding that you are not the mind; you will have sharp intelligence
Content: and spontaneity. Ashtavakra* says, 'You are not the body, you are not the earth. You are not the water. You are not the fire. You
Content: are not the air. You are not the ether.' If you detach from the body and rest in intelligence, you will at once be happy, peaceful and free from all types of
Content: bondage. You start understanding and accepting yourself as you. In that very moment, you start relaxing into yourself. You become silent. That very
Content: moment brings bliss to you. The moment you understand that you are not the body and mind; you relax from this whole samsara sagara*, ocean of
Content: material existence. As long as you continue to associate yourself with the body and mind, you experience all the sufferings and pains that the body
Content: and mind carry. By your very nature, you can have only one thought at a time. The moment a new thought comes inside your system, it means that
Content: the old thought has lost its power or influence over you. If the new thought has entered you, it means the old thought has been renounced because
Content: you can't have two thoughts at a time. You can have only one thought at a time. If you say that the old thought is also there, it only means that for that
Content: moment, the new thought has been renounced! By your very nature you are renouncing. You don't need to learn renunciation. Every moment you
Content: are renouncing. Every moment your inner space is getting cleared of the old thought. Even if you try to hold it, you cannot hold your suffering
Content: because continuously, your thought that creates suffering is also replaced by newer thoughts! In fact, to hold onto suffering will require a lot of effort
Page 44
Content: on your part because thoughts are continuously flowing. When you are in the moment you don't know you are in the moment. Either you merge with the moment or you are with you mind. E.g.: When you are sleeping you are sleeping and you don't know that you are sleeping. When you are not Sleeping you are awake. So the minute you think you jump into the mind state or wakeful state.
Content: Assessment:
Content: Are you the body?
Content: Are you the mind?
Content: What happens when you understand and accept yourselves?
Content: Do we hold onto our thoughts?
Content: What is our nature?
Content: What happens to the thought when you un-clutch?
Content: Why can we continue our joy shaft?
Content: When we eat and work do we have 2 thoughts? How about when we are multi-tasking?
Content: How are the thoughts disturbing the inner space?
Content: Have you experienced at any moment in your life, 'being in the moment'?
Content: Evaluation:
Content: Discussing with the child how and what they feel about themselves after the activity. Are they feeling more relaxed and free?
Content: Conclusion:
Content: The moment we start to realize that we are not the body, we allow the body to function naturally
Content: The moment you start understanding that you are not the mind; you will have sharp intelligence and spontaneity.

Content: Presentation:
Content: Each child is asked to tap both their hands on their thighs simultaneously in opposite directions. Start with a slow pace at first and then increase to a very fast pace.
Content: This activity needs coordination and concentration.
Content: Interpretation:
Content: This needs full awareness, being in 'just now', focusing in the present unclutching all the past previous thoughts.
Content: Conclusion:
Content: "Just for being, we should feel grateful". And every second is a gift, enjoy and experience it.
