Integrity is the first sacred principle of life. Integrity is the principle on which the cosmos runs! The sun rising every morning without missing a day is integrity. Your heart beating continuously without missing a beat is integrity.

By nature, God built you with integrity. Your inherent nature is integrity. That is why, whenever you are not in integrity, you feel so uncomfortable and incomplete. Your inbuilt innate nature is expressing this great inner power. That is why you feel so fulfilled whenever you are in integrity

HOW DOES iNTEGRITY HELP WiTH FAILiURE?

Not having the load of the past is integrity.

The concept of failure is founded on our edited past memories.

Completing with the past clears our destiny for a clean future in which we understand that everything is possible.

Without integrity there is no workability.

With integrity anything is possible.

Anything you want is possible.

With integrity we will always have the positive attitude that everything is possible.

Your inbuilt innate nature is integrity.

There is no such thing as impossibility.

THE SOLUTION TO ALL YOUR PROBLEMS!

Every school teacher who suffers with a lack of integrity and makes negative commitments himself transmits the same thing to all his students. Anything multiplied by zero is zero.

In the same way, even if your life has had any negative prophecies and negative commitments, just put 'X' integrity - multiplied by integrity, from now. It will become equivalent to integrity

INTEGRiTY GIVES LiFE TO ACTiON

There is only one difference between technique and ritual. When it is done with integrity even an ordinary ritual becomes a great meditation technique that leads you to Enlightenment. When it is done without any integrity, as a routine, then even a meditation technique becomes a ritual.

2. Establish yourself in integrity, you will see that your being suddenly cognizes a new life, a new reality.

3. Just like the swan which can separate the water from the milk in a mixture of milk and water, the brain established in integrity can separate truth from untruth.

4. Only you are responsible for your life. When you iron out your inner space with integrity, the first thing that integrity will do to you is remove all the negative weeds that you constantly cherish, which are rooted in your past.

Controlling the senses requires controlling the mind. Controlling the mind requires control of thoughts. Controlling the thoughts requires integrity. When we continuously live integrity, we will become aware of the thoughts and processes happening in our inner space.

Your mind will show as if your whole life was inauthentic, irresponsible and lacking in integrity. But when you restore integrity through completion and you become authentic, suddenly your mind will show that your life was a long and sincere path towards authenticity and responsibility.

COLORING HALF OF A PICTURE

MATERIALS NEEDED:

Colouring Book

Colour Pens or Pencils

PROCEDURE:

Give each child a coloring picture and ask them to color only half of it. The other half of the picture must be kept uncolored. Ask them to see how it feels.

INFERENCE:

Life is not partial, life is total. Don’t think that you only need some parts to be integrated to achieve what you want, while in other parts you don’t need to be integrated. Follow integrity completely

PROCEDURE:

Let's do activities that are boring in fun ways. List out activities that are boring e.g: brushing your teeth everyday; doing your homework. Now visualize an extraordinary way to brush your teeth and do your homework to make it more fun, such as by singing or dancing. When things turn interesting the tiredness and boredom disappears.

INFERENCE:

Bring integrity into your life and the tiredness and boredom you experience in life will disappear. It is with integrity that your cognition becomes a reality. Bring integrity into every step. There is no shortcut.

Ask children to write a list of projects they are passionate about. Ask them to plan how to take it forward and make it a reality by predetermining weekly plans, monthly results and what difference they will be seeing in themselves after 6 months.

INFERENCE:

Connect them to the fact that when we are integrated we acquire the voice of wisdom, which speaks only the truth. Integrity brings power to our words. Bring integrity into your life and the tiredness and boredom you experience will disappear. Integrity brings basic intelligence into your bio-memory. It is with integrity that your cognition becomes positive.
