Message for 2013 - Enrich with enlightenment!

I welcome you all with my love and blessings.

Today, we celebrate the tenth anniversary of our sangha, of our spiritual mission. This year's 'mahavakya', the core message for this year, the vision for our spiritual mission is - 'Enriching with Enlightenment'.

Enriching with enlightenment has many layers of meaning. It includes enriching yourself, enriching others and enriching the whole world with enlightenment.

This year, let us enrich the whole world with the tattvas, the four sacred principles that will empower You to create your reality, as You choose it!

Bring Authenticity in the way you hold yourself, for others to experience you.

Bring Integrity into the words you utter to yourself and others.

Bring Responsibility in your inner space, for every happening, for everything.

Go on Enriching others, go on enriching everyone.

Let this be the very AIRE you breathe!

Go on. Enrich, enrich and enrich. Continuously enrich everybody with enlightenment. This should be our very lifestyle this year!

I bless you all, to achieve, experience, live, express, radiate, share, explode and enrich with enlightenment! Let you all achieve, experience, live, express, radiate, share, explode and enrich with eternal bliss - 'Nithyananda'! Thank you!

Life is possibility, not past record

Always look at the possibility of life, not the past record. The past record is neither as bad as you remember it, nor worthy of being remembered! By its very nature, the past is death. If you continue to look at the past record, it will only bring you deep sorrow. It will not give you the confidence of possibility. It will not allow you to remember or even believe in the possibility.

Unless you see the possibility, life does not flow in you. Excitement does not happen in you. Because, possibility is life! Please understand, when you look at the possibility in any area of your life, the higher possibility of life happens to you.

When you plan for the unimaginable, when your nervous system is loaded with the possibility of things that you are not even able to comprehend, the excitement that oozes in your nervous system, is bliss!

Today, I give my clarion call to my devotees, to my disciples, to all of humanity – ‘Life is possibility, not past record! Wake up. Wake up! Drop the past record and wake up to the possibility of life!’

Revealing four sacred principles that enrich you and empower you to manifest your destiny!

'tattva' (Sanskrit) - truth; reality; an unchanging principle of realty that can form the basis of your entire life experience!

Here, I am revealing four sacred principles, four sacred tattvas that are the essence of all these spiritual scriptures. These four tattvas are the amrita (nectar) from churning all the sacred principles of life! Everything, be it physical health, mental wellness, fulfilling relationships, professional success or the ultimate path of enlightenment, everything can be achieved with just these four tattvas, these four truths.

Let me define the four tattvas.

1. Integrity (samporti) is You fulfilling the words and thoughts you give to yourself and to others, and experiencing a state of 'poornatva', completion with yourself and with life.

2. Authenticity (shraddha) is You being established in the peak of your capability, and responding to life from who you perceive yourself to be for yourself, who you project yourself to be for others, and what others expect you to be for them.

3. Responsibility (upayanam) is living and responding to live from the truth that You are the source of, and therefore you are responsible for all happenings, in and around you.

4. Enriching (apyayanam) is You taking responsibility with integrity and authenticity that you are committed to continuously enriching, which is expanding yourself and life, in and around you.

Any conflict in your life can be handled very practically, effeciently and skillfully, with just these four tattvas. Live them. Imbibe them. Internalize them. Take these tattvas into your life and your life into the tattvas. The tattvas will become a satya (truth) in you, and cause a powerful transformation in you.

Then you will see, you live life at its peak, enriching yourself and others!

Integrity, harness the power of your word

Integrity is You fulfilling the words and thoughts you give to yourself and to others, and experiencing a state of ‘poornatva’, completion with yourself and with life. Integrity is honoring the words you give, to yourself and to others.

It is you honouring the word you utter. It is you standing by your word. It is your very life breath!

When you live in Integrity continuously honouring the commitments you make through your words, you will live in poornatva, completion. Your life will be whole and not pieces of broken commitments!

When you are in integrity and give a word, and you are ready to give your life to fulfill it, the cosmos fulfills any word you give. The cosmos itself comes to your rescue and fulfills your word. This only happens due to the Integrity in the word you give, to yourself and to others.

Integrity is the straight technique for vak-siddhi, the power to make what you utter, as reality.

When your life stands by the words you utter, the words you utter becomes a reality!

With integrity, you experience the space of positive positivity!

Authenticity, discover your peak potential

Authenticity is You being established in the peak of your capability, and responding to life from who you perceive yourself to be for yourself, who you project yourself to be for others, and what others expect you to be for them.

Please understand, what you consider as You has four dimensions.

1. mamakara – what you believe as you.

2. ahamkara – what you project as you to others.

3. sva-anyakara – what you believe of life and others, what life and others are for you.

4. anyakara – what others believe as you.

All these put together is You and defines your experience on life. Authenticity is keeping these four in tune, and being in the peak of all four dimensions of you.

Bring authenticity in the way you hold yourself for yourself, the way you hold yourself for others, and the way you hold yourself for others to perceive you. Literally wash yourself with authenticity, do an acid wash with authenticity. You will discover the peak of You!

You will discover the space of ultimate possibility!

Responsibility, your greatest possibility

Responsibility is living and responding to live from the truth

that You are the source of, and therefore you are responsible for

all happenings, in and around you.

Responsibility means feeling responsible for everything that is

happening! Whenever I feel responsible for everything that is

happening, all the problems simply get dissolved. They just

disappear! Every time a problem is brought to me, when I take

the responsibility for it, I feel empowered.

Responsibility empowers you, however complicated the enemy

may be!

Just this decision, ‘I AM responsible for everything happening in

and around me,’ is a powerful strategy for victory and success.

I will tell you an important secret to be responsible again and

again, without becoming powerless. Never give up on people!

You will feel continuously empowered. This is the first step to

responsibility.

With responsibility, you will experience the space of amazing

leadership!

Enriching, express your divine self

Enriching is You taking responsibility with integrity and authenticity that you are committed to continuously enriching,

which is expanding yourself and life, in and around you.

Please understand one important truth.

‘Life happens to you, with others’.

Your experience of life happens to you, not just inside you, but also outside you, with others! So you cannot be selfish. You have to enrich others, only then does your life get enriched!

If you decide to enrich your employees, you will become a complete boss and achieve fulfilment. If you decide to enrich your father, you will achieve completion in that relationship.

And if you decide to enrich your spouse, you will achieve completion and become enlightened!!

I tell you, when you don’t give up on people, you are empowered. Because, life is constantly happening to you through others, through people! When you give up on people, you give up on life, you give up on yourself. It is almost suicide! No! If you are alive you can enrich people. Don’t give up!

Carry this one message throughout your life.

Don’t give up on yourself. Don’t give up on others. Don’t give up on people.

That is the practical instruction on how to enrich the world with enlightenment. Enriching with enlightenment means that you enrich yourself with these four great truths, the tattvas, and you enrich others with these truths. Enrich them so that they also enrich others. Let the whole universe be enriched with enlightenment.
