Title: What is Yoga? Is it a set of contorted postures and bellow-like breathing? It's part of religious cults, isn't it?
Title: What is meditation? How does sitting cross-legged with eyes tightly shut produce any benefits? If anything, it takes you out of reality, isn't it?
Title: Why do addictions persist? Why do diseases persist? We know that our cells die and regenerate, so why are memories retained?
Title: I am always chasing targets and I am always under pressure to succeed. Where is the time for me to be truly happy?
Title: Nithyananda addresses these and other relevant questions that trouble our daily lives with his characteristic candor and simplicity.
Page 5
Title: The only side effect of walking the path of yoga (union) and achieving its purpose is aananda or bliss. The coming together, the union of body, mind and spirit will allow us to experience nothing but bliss. The purpose of Nithya Yoga is to experience our birthright, which is bliss. We must unclutch from old and negative beliefs and insert positive beliefs into our system; working towards bliss, experiencing bliss and expressing bliss.
Title: '... for the meditation techniques that I am spreading, my presence is not necessary. Your presence is enough. Let your body have your presence.'

Title:
- A teacher transmits knowledge from his head to your head. A Guru transmits experience from his being to your being.
Title: 2. A Guru is the one who understands the ways of the world and the laws of destiny. That is why you can trust that he is always right!
Title: 3. You think that you should knock and God will open the door. But I say, God is knocking, just open the door...!
Title: 4. When you are able to frame life with your logic, you seek the laws of the outer world. When you realize life is beyond your logic, you seek the laws of the inner world. The laws of the inner world are the natural laws. They are called dharma. And you the seeker is the mumukshu. Becoming a mumukshu is the first step to enlightenment.
Title: 5. When you are poor inside, the outside appears poor. When you are rich inside, the outside appears rich. The Guru's work is to make you rich inside. That is why when the Guru happens in your life, the same outer world appears more beautiful than ever! Just be with the awareness that the richness outside is a reflection of the richness within. Then the Guru's work on you is complete!
Title: 6. A small Zen story: A Zen Master asked a young disciple to bring him a bucket of water for his bath. The disciple brought the water, poured it into a tub and just emptied the remaining few drops of water on the ground.
Page 7
Title: The Master shouted, 'You fool! Why did you not pour that remaining water on the plants? What rights have you to waste even a drop of water in this place?' The disciple got enlightened that very minute. He changed his name to Tekisui, which means, 'a drop of water'!
Title: Just receive the Master whether he smiles or shouts. That is your only part in your enlightenment. The rest is his.
Title: 7. Some one asked me, 'Shiva says that if you watch the gap between your inward and outward breaths, it is enough, you can get enlightened. If so, why do you make people go through monk hood?' Understand: it is 100% true that if you watch the gap between the breaths, you can get enlightened. But to be able to do that, you might need to become a monk! If the human mind was that simple, enlightenment is also that simple. But the human mind has become sophisticated. That is the problem.
Title: 8. A Guru shows you how to love God.
Title: 9. The only thing standing between you and your nature of bliss is your ego. The ego is very difficult to drop because it defines your very identity for you. You have been carrying it thinking you need it for survival. 'Dropping the ego' looks like death when actually it is your very life. The process of becoming a disciple is the process of dropping your ego. The guru-disciple relationship is one meant just for this.
Title: 10. The greatest gift on planet Earth is the happening of an enlightened Master in one's life.
Page 8
Title: He is the ultimate luxury for every individual. Blessed are the ones who understand this.
Title: 11. What is an initiation from a Master?
Title: An initiation from the Master is giving you the shaastra or knowledge, which you can turn into shastra or weapon, to fight your deep ignorance. This shaastra shastra - knowledge weapon, can bail you out of the deepest depressions created by the outer world, because depression arises out of deep ignorance.
Title: 12. I want you to know the power of Ananda that liberates you from the dilemmas of the mind and depression of the being; that gives you tremendous freedom in the inner and outer worlds.
Title: 13. By knowing the outer science, you may create a beautiful bed, but only by knowing the inner science, you can experience deep sleep!
Title: 14. Dharmo rakshati rakshitaha
Title: When you protect dharma, dharma protects you. I tell you, when you protect dharma, it gives you the ultimate strength and courage needed for living life.
Title: 15. A relationship is that which awakens in you unknown dimensions of your own self. A beloved is one who awakens your unknown love, your unknown ability to sacrifice. Your beloved can show you how deeply you can sacrifice for the sake of love. For the deep seeker, the Master is the ultimate beloved!
Page 9
Title: 16. Someone asked me, 'What is the essential quality for a spiritual life? How does one ensure to be on the path of spiritual practice?'
Title: Life itself is spiritual. Spiritual life is the short cut to spiritual life. There is no other way. Unfortunately, spirituality has been loaded with too much meaning by too many people, who have not had a glimpse of it. That is why such questions arise. Anything you do is spiritual, if it has the intensity. Just three things are needed for spiritual life. First thing: intensity, second: intensity, third: intensity! In anything you do, if intensity is added, you will see that you are continuously raising the frequency of your being; you are continuously raising your consciousness. Then, your very life will have the quality of meditation, which is what spirituality is!
Title: 17. Zen Master Ekai said, 'It is too clear and so it is hard to see. A dunce once searched for a fire with a lighted lantern. Had he known what fire was, He could have cooked his rice much sooner.'
Title: Enlightenment is as easy as taking your coat off and putting it on the coat stand. The problem is: people are not willing to believe when I tell them this.
Title: 18. Do not review past incidents with your present intelligence. Doing that is what creates guilt in your being. Just learn not to make the old mistakes again. That is the real lesson.
Title: 19. DOING for the sake of HAVING, without enjoying BEING, is the sole cause of our misery. Doing never catches up with having because every time we are doing,
Page 10
Title: 20. Sharanaagata dheenaartha paritraana paraayane
Title: Sarvasyaarthi hare Devi Naaraayani namostute.
Title: 21. Brahmacharya does not mean just celibacy.
Title: 22. Buddham Sharanam Gachami
Title: Dhammam Sharanam Gachami
Title: Sangam Sharanam Gachami
Page 11
Title: I surrender to the feet of Buddha I surrender to the teachings of Buddha I surrender to the mission of Buddha The first two are easy to do. The third is difficult! Understand: an enlightened Master lives only 33% in his body. The rest of him is in his mission. Working for an enlightened master’s mission is greater than enlightenment itself. The one who understands this is straightaway on the path to Self Realization.
Title: 23. Everybody expects that their husband should be like Ramakrishna but nobody wants to become a Sharada Devi! Try to achieve the state of Sharada Devi, and then naturally you will see your husband as Ramakrishna. Or try to become a Ramakrishna, and then you will see your wife as Sharada Devi.
Title: 24. Mahavir Jain says, ‘Until you become free from the idea of freedom, even if you get liberated, it is useless!’ The ultimate liberation happens to you the moment you are free from the idea of freedom. As long as you want freedom, you will be bound and working towards it. The moment you are liberated from the idea of freedom, you are liberated that moment itself. This is the essence of the whole of Spirituality.
Title: 25. Till you experience that you are pure consciousness, you can’t renounce physical pleasures. Even if you renounce, you will be mentally thinking about it. When you understand that you are not a human being trying to have a spiritual experience, but a spiritual being having a human experience, suddenly you will see that the outside world is not attracting you anymore, it is not affecting you anymore. You are beyond all these things. You are living in a different space.
Page 12
Title: 26. When you are jealous of a person or hating a person, start seeing that person as divine or sacred. Develop a deep respect for that person. You will see all your jealousy and hatred will simply leave you! You will be liberated from your own emotions.
Title: 27. Bliss is like a breeze. You cannot make it happen. You can only open the door to let it in. You can only make space for it. So open the door and let the breeze in. Drop the choice between choice and choicelessness then you will see the bliss happening in you!
Title: 28. What is the difference between bliss and pleasure? Bliss experienced for a short time is pleasure. Pleasure experienced all the time is bliss. Part time bliss is pleasure, full time pleasure is bliss!
Title: 29. Sannyas life is neither right nor wrong. It is a lifestyle for individuals who choose it. It is a luxurious technology that gives you the courage to enter your inner space and experience your own charisma! It is a sure path to experience the Divine play of Life.
Title: 30. The power of DEVOTION is such that it can take you closer to the Guru than his own body!
Title: 31. You don't have to find the right Guru. Just become a right disciple, the right Guru will find you! Let your seeking be without hypocrisy. If you are a seeker, the Guru will come behind you. You don't have to go behind him.
Page 13
Title: 32. Knowledge is nothing but creating more and more self healing thoughts inside you. Knowledge is called viveka in Sanskrit. Actually, it is more like discrimination. It is the knowledge that discriminates. Constantly have viveka and bring yourself back to intense energy and enthusiasm. Create a mental set up through which you will constantly be reminded that you are beyond this body and mind.
Title: 33. A woman's car stopped in the middle of the street. She struggled but could not get it started. As the light turned from red to green a third time, the honking of the man in the car behind her grew even more insistent. Finally she got out and walked over to his door and said, 'Excuse me Sir, if you'd like to help out by trying to get my car started, I'll be glad to sit here and honk the horn for you.' In life, if we sit at the receiving end for just one minute, we will stop transmitting many things to many people!
Title: 34. Srunvanday vishway amrutasya putraha vedaaha medham purshantha mahaanttham 'Oh, sons of Immortality, I have seen the truth. I am expressing it to you. Let you all realize it.' This is a statement by a rishi, an inner world scientist of the Vedic Age. The Vedic religion never addresses men as sinners. It always addresses men as 'Sons of immortality!'
Title: 35. Sanskrit is not just a linguistic language, it is phonetic also. Sanskrit is not the language of prose; it is the language of poetry. It is the language used ONLY for the Inner Science - the science of enlightenment. It is used for worship and to express the technology of 'consciousness'. This is the language in which practically all the research and development
Page 14
Title: 36. In the Vedic culture, we have learning through four methods: When you sit with the Master, you learn 25%. When you discuss with your friends, you learn 50%. When you start answering questions, you learn 75%. When you teach, you learn 100%.
Title: 37. Many people ask me, 'Master, should we remember you all the time? Should we take you as our Master?' I tell them, 'Never make that mistake. If I am going to help you, if I am your Master, you will not be able to forget me! That is the real scale to know if I am your Master or not.'
Title: 38. Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita, Weapons do not cleave, nor fire burns the Atman Water does not wet it and wind does not dry it (2.23) He means that the Self cannot be touched by anything or anyone at any cost. Such is its nature. Then what for do we fear? Fear is a creation of the human mind through years of ignorance of such great Truths.
Title: 39. Fact is an idea stated as it is - plainly, as we understand it. Truth is a word that we may not understand with our mind, but the moment we work with that word, suddenly something opens up in our being and we end up in the Truth! When you are caught with words, you are caught with facts. When you move beyond words, you catch the Truth! Truth lies always beyond your logic.
Page 15
Title: 40. A small Zen story:
Title: 41. The Master is like a little window to the world.
Title: 42. Gratitude is like a small fire
Title: 43. King Janaka asks the boy sage Ashtavakra,
Title: 44. Healing is nothing but helping a person
Page 16
Title: 45. When a rich person dies, he leaves all his property to somebody. When an enlightened Master leaves his body, he leaves all his energy and penance behind. This energy can be harnessed and made to radiate for thousands of years. TEMPLES are batteries which store and radiate this energy! Every great temple in India has been built in the energy field left behind by an enlightened Master.
Title: 46. Enlightened beings are conscious happenings on planet Earth, not individual persons.
Title: 47. Yoga is not about adding movements to your life. It is about adding life to your movements.
Title: 48. Anandam Paramaha Nabhyajaanaat In Sanskrit, it means, Existence is Bliss, do not waste it by missing it. It says: the body is filled with nectar and life is bliss. Please do not waste it by not enjoying it, by not experiencing it. If you are experiencing life as misery, as a totality of clouds, you are missing life somewhere seriously; you are sick somewhere. Only when you feel that life is a great blessing, and an overflowing energy, are you really living it!
Title: 49. My vision is to create a new age man: One who realizes that he is pure bliss; who lives with sound spiritual strength in the material world; who embraces anything with a totality; who is total not just perfect; who understands that this universe is a wonderful chaos with an amazing order; who strives to move in tune with it and becomes a mere witness in the event.
Page 17
Title: He will live like a Paramahamsa - an enlightened one! His life itself will be meditative, deeply rooted in the Universal Consciousness, moving in synchronicity with the power of coincidence, serving himself and others, and producing results seamlessly! And that is what I call 'Living Enlightenment'.
Title: Book rear An enlightened being neither talks nor remains silent He just sings He is the flute of Existence His song is eternal If you happen to hear it, it was meant for you... - The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam

Title: The SPH Nithyanada Paramashivam has made resolute efforts towards recognizing and legitimizing the Hindu genocide which has been receiving scant consideration by global leaders and international bodies, The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam founded KAILASA Uniting Nations. For the past 27 years, this international body has been responsible in building relations, bridging dialogs, inspiring leaders, uniting nations towards acknowledging the Hindu policies which are universal, life positive as referenced from the ancient text of Hinduism. This is the 'ahimsa' (non-violent) way of bringing acknowledgment to the horrors of the Hindu genocide, the untold facts of the darkest act of mankind on Earth to the most contributing civilization - KAILASA.
Title: KAILASA is an apolitical nation whose vision is enlightened living for all. Towards this goal, KAILASA is the only Hindu nation on planet Earth today bringing legitimacy to the principles of Hinduism. Social principles, economic principles, judicial principles, Hindu medical principles, and Hindu economic principles. KAILASA is The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam's response to humanity's global problems of poverty, hunger, illiteracy, disease, violence and global warming and the continuing ethnocide and genocide of over 80 million Hindus worldwide since 7 centuries.
Title: Over the last 50 years, the effects of meditation and its significant impact on stress, crime rates, violence, political decision making and even war in local and global consciousness is well established. Unfortunately, in the last two hundred years, forcibly we are made to believe Hinduism is a functional principle only for enlightenment and spirituality. It is absolutely dysfunctional for the political, social, economical system. Making Hindu family structure, Hindu social structure dysfunctional is the greatest crime done against humanity.
Title: Sanatana Hindu Dharma has faced both historical and ongoing religious persecution and systematic violence, in various forms including assassination attempts on living incarnations, targeted elimination of Hindu pontiffs through bio war and lawfare, cyberbullying, Hindu phobia, forced conversions, documented massacres, demolitions, desecration and grabbing of worship temples and monasteries, looting of Hindu temples properties, destruction of Hindu educational institutions, elimination of well known Hindu libraries, the gross violation to the freedom to practice the Hindu school of liberated thinking (Sankhya), Hindu schools of living enlightenment (Jeevan Mukthi), gross violations of the right to freedom of religion that includes violations of the right to life, personal Hindu integrity or personal Hindu liberty, mass execution, looting and enslavement.
Title: Hinduism was once practiced freely in over 56 nations across the continent from Afghanistan, India, Nepal, Burma, Sri Lanka, all the way to Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia and Indonesia, and in 200 states, 1700 samasthanas (provinces) and 10,000 sampradayas (traditions). Over several centuries the combined forces of foreign invasion, political upheaval, colonialism and religious persecution systematically ended millennia of Hindu Swarajya, or self-rule. Today Hindu temples remain in a few countries but the Hindus who worshiped in them have been ethnically cleansed.
Page 20
Title: The revival of Hinduism through the civilizational nation of KAILASA globally irked vested interests of atheistic terrorist militant elements, caste supremacist terrorists and other anti-Hindu forces who executed a massive persecution and genocide on SPH and His followers on 2 March 2010 that continued for the next whole decade and comprised of over 70 assassination attempts, over 250 sexual assaults on SPH and his monks and disciples, lawfare of 120 false cases over 10 years, massive hate propaganda in electronic media of over 14,000 hours and print media of over 25,000 articles in 5 years, destruction of heritage properties worth over 27 million USD, and the continuing ethnocide and genocide of over 80 million Hindus worldwide since 7 centuries. Specifically, the lawfare involved:
Title: Delegitimizing SPH by hate propaganda, disenfranchising Him of His civil and human rights, prejudicing Him from fair representation and fair trial
Title: Repeated illegal imprisonment, with brazen torture, custodial assassination attempts, supported by system justification in various forms, including the common processes of bureaucracy, indifference, self-deception, diffused responsibility and has resulted in continued systemic complicity with torture, murder and genocide
Title: Well-planned multi-layer false hate propaganda by the ‘fourth estate’ media sustained by moral disengagement, leaving the broader public in a state of willful ignorance, motivated denial, out-group victim-blaming, dehumanization and bystander apathy to even genocide.
Title: The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam stands in solidarity with the untold, multi-level - social, political, intellectual, religious, cultural, linguistic, economic, legal, digital - persecution done to Hinduism and faced by Hindus and Hindu minorities worldwide for the past several thousands of years continues through the modern day. The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam has been recently acknowledged by the United Nations for the persecution of The SPH and the KAILASA global community, especially the affected women and children.
Title: The KAILASA with de facto spiritual embassies operating across over 100 countries and having presence across the globe as the largest spiritual knowledge source on Hinduism is spiritually governed with the life positive, all-inclusive, universal policies sourced from Hinduism revived by the SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam. Having enriched and ennreached more than one billion individuals over the past 27 years the KAILASA raises the voice to protect Hindus, defend Hindus and preserve the Hindu narrative for the world.
