In this Upanishad, Sage Sanatkumara reveals to Gautama the sacred teaching of Hamsa (the Supreme Swan), expounding the nature of Pranava, the chakras, the ten types of Nada (mystical sounds), and the path to realizing Paramahamsa — the Supreme Self.
