Thayumanavar

பஞ்சசுத்தி செய்துன்னைப் பாவித்துப் பூசைலிசப்தால்

When, having performed the five purifications, one meditates upon You and worships You with the six-syllable mantra,

விஞ்சிய ஞானம் விளங்கும் பராபரமே.

supreme Transcendent One, transcendent wisdom will shine forth.

அகப்பூசை - அந்தர்யாகம்; உட்பூசை. இது, பூசை ஓமம் தியானம் மூன்றற்கும் இதயம் உந்தி புருவநடு என் னும் மூவிடம் வகுத்துக்கொண்டு அகத்தே செய்யப்படுவது.

Inner worship—Antaryāga; worship performed within. This is performed internally by designating the three locations called the heart, navel, and space between the eyebrows for worship, homa, and meditation, respectively.
