இயக்கர் கின்னரர் யமனொடு வருண

Yakshas, Kinnaras, Yama, and Varuna,

ரியங்கு தீவளி ஞாயிறு திங்கள்

the moving fire, wind, sun, and moon,

மயக்க மில்புலி வானர நாகம்

the unconfused tiger, monkey, and serpent.

வசுக்கள் வானவர் தானவ ரெல்லாம்

The Vasus, the celestial beings, and the Danavas all

அயர்ப்பொன் றின்றிநின் றிருவடி யதனை

Worship your sacred feet, standing without weariness,

யர்ச்சித் தார்பெறு மாரருள் கண்டு

And behold the rare grace they receive;

திகைப்பொன் றின்றிநின் திருவடி யடைந்தேன்

Without the slightest bewilderment, I have reached your sacred feet

செழும்பொழிற் திருப்புன் கூரு ளானே.

O Lord of Tiruppunkoor, with its luxuriant groves.
