The Explanation of Truth.

ஒங்கார மேந்ற் றிருவாசி யுற்றதனி

The sacred aureole is the Omkara, possessing the inseparable letter

னீங்கா வெழு, த்தே நிறைசுட்ரா—மாங்கார

“E,” the complete radiant circle—Mangkāra

மற்றா ரறிவரணி யம்பலத்தா னாடலி து

The Lord of the Ambalam, whom others cannot know, dances.

பெற்றார் பிறப்பற்றார் பின்.

Those who have attained Him are freed from rebirth thereafter.

சிவபெருமான் இவைகளைக் கொண்டருளியமை தம் பயன் கருதியன்று; சிற்றறிவினர்களாகிய ஆன்மாக்களுக்கு அறிவித்து முத்தி கொடுக்குமாறு கொண்ட திருச்சின்னங் களேயாம்.

Lord Sivaperuman assumed these forms not for His own benefit, but as sacred signs adopted to reveal Himself to souls of limited understanding and grant them liberation.

ஆத லாற்றனை வியப்பதற் கன்றவை யணித

Why marvel at that which is without beginning?

லீத லாதொரு திறமுள தியாவரு மெவர்க்கு

There is no other power like this anywhere or for anyone.

நாத னேயிவ னென்றுதன் பாங்கரே நண்ணித்

Approaching the Lord Himself, thinking, “This is He,”

தீ தகலாமொரீ இ முத்திபெற் அய்ந்திடுஞ் செயலே.

One removes all evil, attains liberation, and reaches the goal.
