Adhidaivika.

ஆதிதைவிகமாவது தெய்வங் காரணமாக வருவது. அது மாதாவின் கருப்பத்திலிருச்கு மிடத்துண்டான விதனம். சனன மரணத்திலுண்டான விதனம். இயமதண்டனை, நரக வேதனை முதலியவற்றால் வருந் துக்கம்.

Adhidaivika means that which arises through divine agency. It includes the suffering experienced in the mother’s womb, the suffering arising at birth and death, and the sorrow caused by the punishment of Yama, the torments of hell, and the like.
