Adhyatmika.

ஆத்தியான்மிகமாவது உயிர்களால் வருவது. அது சரீ ரத்தோடு சம்பந்தப்பட்டதும், மனத்தோடு சம்பந்தப்பட்டது மென இருவகைப்படும். தத்தம் சரீரத்திலுண்டான, வியாதி களினாலும், மிருகங்களினாலும், அரசாரலும், பசாசுகளாலம், கள்வாரலும், மனிதரா லும, உணடாகும் துககம் சரீரசம்பந்த

Adhyatmika means that which arises through living beings. It is of two kinds: that which is related to the body and that which is related to the mind. The suffering arising in one’s own body through diseases, animals, rulers, ghosts, thieves, and human beings is bodily suffering.

மான துக்கமாம். பிறருடைய கல்வி செல்வம் சௌந்தரியங் களைக் கணடு பொறாமை கொள்ளல் முதலியவற்றால் வருந் துக்கம் மனோதுக்கமாம்.

It is mental suffering. The suffering that arises from envy upon seeing the learning, wealth, beauty, and other qualities of others is mental suffering.
