Kriyāvati Dīkṣā.

இந்த ஔத்திரி தீக்ஷை கிரியாவதி ஞானவதி என இரு திறப்படும். கிரியாவதியாவது: குண்டம் மண்டலம் அங்கி நெய் சுருக்கு சுருவம் முதலிய அனைத்தும் புறம்பே அமைத் துக்கொண்டு அக்கிரியையைப் புறம்பே செய்து சீடனது பாசத்தைக் கெடுக்குந்தீகைகளுயம்.

This Āuṭtiri Dīkṣā is of two types, Kriyāvati and Jñānavati. Kriyāvati is the initiation in which the kuṇḍa, maṇḍala, fire, ghee, ladle, and all other implements are arranged externally, the ritual is performed externally, and the disciple’s bonds are destroyed.
